All staff were very friendly and extremely supportive. I checked in at midnight and was warmly welcomed. After I noted about the air conditioner was a little noisy at night, the hotel immediately offered a better room. Both rooms were clean and full of items needed for guests' staying. Location is great with restaurants around. Buses is also available to get in to the city center. The hotel aslo takes care of customers by providing earbuds due to noise maybe causing by a construction site nearby. However there was no noise at the time I stayed.

Seemed little older inside but nice with bathtub and sink not leaking on to the floors like many others . Nice tv with even smart tv features so you could watch Netflix etc and a breakfast on top floor that had some good basic selections . Was able to do very late check in and the building looked secure . Was good break from old quarter on our second time through the area before leaving for ha long

Only a sheet was provided I’m guessing to keep your use for Air con lower but we got really cold the first night when trying to figure out proper temperature and only having a sheet

I have stayed at many hotels in Hanoi, but I keep coming back to Luxeden for its cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The breakfast may be simple, but it’s high-quality, with fresh and tasty food. Its convenient location makes it easy to reach popular attractions. The staff always welcome me with a smile and are ready to assist at any time, making me feel right at home.

The room was cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. I appreciated the small touches, good lighting, strong Wi-Fi, and a quiet space to get some work done. Also, breakfast was simple but fresh and satisfying.

The breakfast area got a little crowded around 8 a.m., so I’d recommend going earlier if you prefer a quieter meal. But the food was fresh, so it was worth it.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Hanoi, but it's surprisingly quiet – perfect for resting. Just a few steps outside and you’ll find great local eateries, cozy cafés, and convenience stores. It was ideal for my short business trip. The room was clean, Wi-Fi was strong, and the staff were very helpful. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Hanoi for work!

There wasn’t a gym or pool, which I usually like to have when I travel. But for the price and comfort, it was still a good deal.

I was impressed by the attention to detail – from the neatly folded towels to the subtle, pleasant scent in the room. Everything was well-prepared and tastefully arranged. Booking online was hassle-free, and the staff responded promptly and were very helpful. Check-in at the hotel was also smooth and fast, no waiting time at all.

Strong Wi-Fi so I could work online all day without any issues. The bed was comfy, and the pillow had just the right height, so I slept really well. I also liked the room decor: simple, modern, and very clean.

The only downside is the fridge is a bit small, so it can’t hold many cold drinks. But for me, it was totally fine.

Luxeden’s still my go-to spot every time I’m in Hanoi for work. Good price, great location, and the wifi’s strong enough for a full day of online meetings. One time I checked in like 2 hours late and the front desk still handled it super smoothly.

If the breakfast had a bit more variety, it'd be perfect.
