All staff were very friendly and extremely supportive. I checked in at midnight and was warmly welcomed. After I noted about the air conditioner was a little noisy at night, the hotel immediately offered a better room. Both rooms were clean and full of items needed for guests' staying. Location is great with restaurants around. Buses is also available to get in to the city center. The hotel aslo takes care of customers by providing earbuds due to noise maybe causing by a construction site nearby. However there was no noise at the time I stayed.

Seemed little older inside but nice with bathtub and sink not leaking on to the floors like many others . Nice tv with even smart tv features so you could watch Netflix etc and a breakfast on top floor that had some good basic selections . Was able to do very late check in and the building looked secure . Was good break from old quarter on our second time through the area before leaving for ha long

Only a sheet was provided I’m guessing to keep your use for Air con lower but we got really cold the first night when trying to figure out proper temperature and only having a sheet

The hotel is located right in the heart of Hanoi, but it's surprisingly quiet – perfect for resting. Just a few steps outside and you’ll find great local eateries, cozy cafés, and convenience stores. It was ideal for my short business trip. The room was clean, Wi-Fi was strong, and the staff were very helpful. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Hanoi for work!

I stayed at Luxeden Hotel during my trip to Hanoi and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the calm atmosphere of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

I was impressed by the attention to detail – from the neatly folded towels to the subtle, pleasant scent in the room. Everything was well-prepared and tastefully arranged. Booking online was hassle-free, and the staff responded promptly and were very helpful. Check-in at the hotel was also smooth and fast, no waiting time at all.

From check-in to check-out, I truly felt well taken care of. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was always clean and had a light, pleasant scent. This is definitely a place I’ll recommend to my friends whenever they visit Vietnam.

The breakfast was nice. The staff is so super friendly and helpful. They allowed us to place gift bags for our friends who were traveling with us in each of their rooms.

There was a smell of smoke in the rooms even though the rooms are nonsmoking. One of the aircons did not work and one safe was broken. Thankfully they did move our friends to another room. And were very helpful.

I like this hotel. Staff are very friendly and good service. Additionally, I like the local dishes this restaurant serves. Everything is great.

My room's window looks to another building with a lot of people, so it's a bit uncomfortable if I open the window. But everything is still very good.

I had an amazing experience in here. All staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location are perfet, in the central and near meny delicious restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

everything at the hotel was good. the food was varied and delicious. the room was clean, soundproofed well so it was very quiet. the friendly staff helped me book a car and guided me through many things during this business trip. thank you very much
