The staff is just lovely. Everyone is very attentive and helpful - from making calls/ reservations for you to folding your clothes from the washing/ drying machines, (which can be used for free) the moment the program has finished. There are plenty of options available for breakfast, which is more like brunch as it includes warm food. Food can also be delivered here via Grab and a Winmart is located next to the hotel. I felt pretty safe travelling alone and staying here for several weeks.

Can hardly think of anything... Probably the type of instant noodles which can be purchased from the Minibar but it's good that these are offer these.

Staff were the nicest in any hotel I have been in- always happy to help and kind- they also seemed genuinely happy to see us- including breakfast, reception, the doormen, laundry and room cleaning staff. Breakfast was great. The gym was a bit small so not very useful but the hotel is right next to a park so you can go for a run outside. They have washing machines for you to do your own laundry and also have a laundry service. Everything is clean and they clean your room every day- but if you don’t want to and put the do not disturb sign on your door they’ll leave a bag with some water and fresh towels on the door. Overall a lovely experience

The hotel employees were welcoming, really nice and very obliging! The room was big, you have a lot of space to put things, the bathroom is nice too. Everything was clean. The breakfast was really good too and offered a lot of different food. I had a great time here!

Very professional and helpful staff, clean hotel, good rooms. Large and high quality breakfast buffet at top floor with brilliant view. Airport taxi service at very reasonable price.

Our room was on the small side, but bigger rooms are of course available at a higher price.

The staff went out of their way to help us. Young girl on front counter and the bellboy were exceptional, both of them were so friendly and helped us for what ever we wanted. The room was big, clean and spacious.

shower and heating were not so stable. Neither were warm enough at times. And shower doesn't drain properly.

Staffs are super, specially, the Manager ( Andrea) & front desk girls. Everyone is very co-operative.

Bed is too soft.

The room was clean and spacious enough. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was good and varied. The hotel staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant, were very nice and very hospitable.

Few electrical outlets were available around the desk, which was inconvenient when working at the desk. Not many restaurants near the hotel.

friendly staff who helped us when we needed it rooms spacious and comfortable with good air con 1 part member did say their bed was rock hard and impossible to sleep on though

Location probably not best for backpacking but we were just stopping for a few hours before airport so it’s okay rooftop restaurant is only open in the morning you have to take a grab into the main square of that town

Simply amazing... I dont think more friendlier staff exist in the world. And breakfast?... 7 star....
