I stayed in a twin room with my friend as we were playing in the Hanoi Open Pool tournament nearby. The staff were exceptional! nothing too much trouble, they even went out there way to obtain a hand travel fan for my friend which was a lifesaver during the event! Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked fried eggs and the lady serving us always had a smile on her face and very welcoming! Great value for money and would definitely return! not many varieties of breakfast, the breakfast schedule starts at 6.30 but the food is not yet ready. You should wait until 7 to get all of the food served.

You should specify the room like a smoking or non-smoking room. At first, I got into the smoking room and thought I could handle it. But, in the middle of the night, I can't take it anymore. I ask the staff to change the room and they directly change my room to a non-smoking room.

excellent location near to My Dinh bus station where we arrived at 4.15 am from ha Giang. Based on our late arrival, the hotel allowed us to late check out at no extra charge. The whole building was squeaky shiny clean. Breakfast was good.

Very nice and clean hotel, which had everything one needs for a short stay. Convenient location. Alsoreceived a long extension on the next day duevto late departure of flight in the evening, which was truly appreciated.

Rooms were nice with bath and shower with all the items provided in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was simple, fresh and nice, the staff at breakfast was very pleasant. Some of the reception staff were helpful during the stay.

Initial check-in staff when we arrived were not that inviting, seemed lacking in enthusiasm. Not sure why they needed to send up housekeeping to do added cleaning of our rooms as we arrived, this should have all been completed before our arrival.

Everything is excellent about the hotel. The room is very spacious and beautiful. It is like 4-star hotel that I stayed in. Everything is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious! They change the dishes daily. And the staff do check in and check out very fast too. Highly recommend!!

Excellent staff. Friendly. Helpful. Professional. Location great for attending SEA Games at the My Dinh National Stadium (only 10-15 min walk). Breakfast is very good.

Minor minor comment regarding cleanliness in my bathroom sink. Tried to wipe clean myself but required a bit more heavy duty effort, But seriously not a big issue. If I wanted 5 stars I would stay across the road. No other comment other than this. All top notch.
