Wow.. this apartment is well designed finished - clean and good quality fittings everywhere - a stylish place. The room is comfortable, very good linen and mattress, aircon and showers all work great. Kitchen space and cooktop is usable and good. It is in a quiet area, off main road, but easy walking to many restaurants, supermarkets and ATM banks. District 7 is great my preferred long stay area, and great for access to the SECC convention centre. No in building room service or restaurant- but otherwise it feels like new 5 star hotel quality. Definitely will come back here, for short stays and long stays.

It looks like the pictures. Clean, comfortable. It is in a green belt, in a quiet location, far from the centre, which we liked very much. Within a short walk there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, even a large shopping centre. Centre is very noisy with lots of people. It was more relaxing to sleep here at night.

The room was described as having a safe, in reality there was none. The reception is staffed very shortly, you could communicate by phone if the reception was empty. It didn't hinder us during our stay, but I prefer a personal presence if there is someone to contact immediately.

Felt like a mini five star hotel when I walked in. Stylish, well appointed and super clean. Bed was fabulous. Quite location. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Perfect location for a soft landing to Vietnam. Expat high standard of living. Great vegan restaurant across the road. Couldn’t be happier and will stay again. Lots of nice places to eat and shopping centre close by. Exactly as photos. You book here with confidence.

The only thing they could improve is replace timber blinds with black out blind and a bedside lamp. Then it would be a 10/10

The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and I loved the free coffee. It was close walking distance to restaurants and shops in D7.

Expensive by HCMC standards but maybe worth the money if you want a little bit of extra comfort. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from other rooms, chairs being dragged, doors being slammed. If someone was talking in the corridor it was like they were sitting beside your bed.

It was a very comfortable little apartment, perfect for a couple. It’s conveniently located close to the SSIS school where we were attending a sports event. The staff were very quick to attend to any issue we experienced, which were minor. The residential area is very peaceful and calm, close to the river and has lots of coffee shops to visit.

Some bedside lights and a few more plates /glasses in the kitchen would be appreciated.

This place is really good! The staff is so sweet and helpful and the room is really comfortable and had everything you need. The location is perfect - lots of shopping, restaurants and cafes around. I can really recommend this place!

The hotel’s location is super convenient, near Nguyen Duc Canh, which has many restaurants, coffee shops, and other retail services. The room was spacious and Hieu was friendly and very supportive during the stay.

May a night shift staff be arranged, which ensure the 24/7 security although Phu My Hung’s security is already good.

Comfy and quiet property. I loved how tranquil the neighborhood was compared to the rest of Saigon. It was a welcome refuge. Friendly service and lots of dining options nearby.
