Location in a very nice area, very nice staff. The woman who checked us in has always a beautiful smile and speaks good English. Also the other young guy who is often at reception is very kind. Staff is never intrusive but always available if you need something.Room is clean, nice toilet and shower. Full of restaurants and cafes nearby. Room serviced daily is requested. They are really nice. Recommended

Bed is a bit small in my opinion but big enough if you are two. We also had a kid so it was a bit tighter but still ok. Kitchenware is provided only on request but they still give them to you. Very difficult to change the language of the TV to English. We tried and tried but with no success lol. Anyway I could have asked. It was for my son, I don't really mind about tv

It's our second time staying at this hotel. It was better than the first time we stayed here. The room is very clean with a very comfortable bed and sofa, and the bathroom is also sparkling clean. Also, you can watch Netflix. The staff is also great. The location is very quiet with many restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets very close by. Also, the best mall in Ho Chi Minh City is about 15-20 minutes walk or take a Grab ride hailing service for 30 dong. I highly recommend staying at this

I was looking for a nice, comfortable quiet room at a good price, and that's exactly what I received. The room was decently decorated - nothing too fancy- with a comfortable bed (not a given for the more affordable places in HCMC), and the Netflix on the tv was a nice touch. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The kitchenette gave me the option of eating/snacking in the room comfortably. The location is in the "modern" District 7 with nice clean sidewalks and shopfronts. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall I was pleased but if I had to find things to complain about: I wanted quiet so I was happy to take a room with a window looking out onto a semi-enclosed patio. In a perfect world, I would have been able to have the quiet but with some kind of view as well. Also, there was a stovetop but I didn't see any pots or pans. I'm guessing I could have requested one from reception, but in another perfect world, there would already be one in the room.

Great breakfast, excellent location (very nice area) bed and pillows were comfortable. Had a little kitchenette. Very clean.All the staff were great.

There is a kitchen with no cooking utensils. Has a kettle and two mugs but no tea coffee or milk.

Facilities are limited. They have induction but did not provide utensils to cook. The reception boy had hesitance in giving even coffee sachets I mean yes if some one is asking too many hesitance is ok but to give 1 sachet extra he was like I have to ask. Balcony apartment was not given to me.

I love how clean the place is and how helpful the staff is. The price is also quite reasonable as well.

The place is labelled as serviced apartment but there weren't any cutlery or anything that can be used for cooking. It feels more like a hotel room rather than a serviced apartment. The set-up of the room is an old style and it feels like the wardrobe was added in as a second thought.

Everything good, clean, good ac and hot water. Quiet great shower head! Recommended

Very clean room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is in a very quiet area. 2 nearby malls and many good restaurants are around the hotel.
