RichLane Residences Our stay at RichLane Residences was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we checked in, Kynne and Misa went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our experience truly memorable. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating, and we were even offered a late check-out until 6 PM, which was a wonderful touch. The cleaning staff was so friendly and thorough, ensuring our room was spotless throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a modern and clean ambiance that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring the city—it's incredibly easy to get around from this district to all the major hot spots and must-see attractions. Whether you're heading to the shopping district, cultural landmarks, or the vibrant nightlife areas, everything is just a short distance away by foot or public transport. One of the highlights was the lounge area, which was a great place to unwind before our departure. The play area was a fun bonus, and the swimming pool provided a relaxing escape. Every detail of our stay was taken care of, and we felt incredibly well taken care of. Breakfast was good , As Per amenities , Mall is just 5 minutes walking distance from the prperty , There is a 24/7 Shop Below . Security Persons are good . Staff are helpful and the breakfast is set up just next to the property.We stayed at the 25th Floor and the View was just as good as it gets .

Not someting which you dont like per se but its far from the major attractions.

Breakfast was good , Good choices , Pho and Omelte stations were there as well. It Could get crowded becasue basically its a restasrent next to the apartment. There is a 24/7 Grocery shop next to the proprty which was alife saver and also the Vivocity Mall which has got lot of eateries and shops as well. Also the serucity personnel where really nice to the guests.

We loved everything about our stay. Checking in was seamless, receptionist spoke great English and everything was clearly explained. Facilities and amenities were first class. An amazing stay.

Decent breakfast with hot counter, fruits and breds. If you like chinese or Vietnamese food, there is a lot of variety. for Vegetarians - fruits, breads, cheese, dry fruits.

Once we arrived the staff were amazing. They have 24 hour check in which helped. The building and room looked brand new. Great location.
