Good size and very clean. Views from hotel room and pool area was exemplary.

Being a large family with a 4 room booking, we were all placed in different floors even though we requested to be placed on the same floor. We understand the request is not always possible. But, the hotel should have let our room key passes to allow us to go to each others floors but didn’t. Instead, we had to constantly prearrange with other room members (via Whattsapp) and go to level 1 to be escorted up to their room. It was way too frustrating and would be the only reason why we would say to a larger group not stay here. The hotel said that room key activatation on different floors outside our allocated room is not possible but with technology these days, I cannot see how this cannot be made possible.

What felt like a brand new building on the outskirts (and a bit quieter) of Ho Chi Minh with great access to shopping malls, food, restaurants and all other city attractions. We had a 2 bed apartment, which was in as new condition, exceptionally clean and well equipped. Full kitchen and appliance set, 2 large beds, 2 bathrooms, everything you need for a family stay in a big city. Staff at check in were excellent and welcoming. Price is awesome for everything that you get. Cannot be faulted!!!

Construction noise from the near by tunnel road works was noticeable through the night but that’s totally out of the control of the hotel/residence.

Location was good, it was away from the city (district 1) - so the area is not so crowded. I think GPS maps kept guiding the Grab drivers through the little streets versus - I think there is a quicker way to arrive at the location. It's right by SC Vivocity, which had easy access to food options and a supermarket - would have been an added bonus to be connected in case of weather and traffic safety.

The staff took a really long time to deliver our suitcases to our room, in the end, we went down to remind the staff and found the staff sitting at the counter on his phone. The towels are clean but wearing out with lots of thread frays, even after a few changes (I stayed over 3 nights). Weather was hot in HCM, so it was surprising that each lobby level was non-air conditioned nor ventilated.

The clean large apartment with everything you need for the stay. The kitchen was so well-equipped and everything worked well. The convenience store next to the hotel is so useful and is open 24/7 and is well-stocked with daily requirements. There is also a mall in the next building with a large supermarket.

It was a little further away from the city but it was mostly the traffic which made it longer. The beds were very hard and the pillows heavy and not comfortable.

Booked with my family and stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment, we walked in and the living room was spacious, the kitchen and laundry bit were great, and the rooms were tidy and spacious, it had an ensuite and another bathroom so was really happy with this. Wifi is great, used the gym and the pool too. We also had an Amazing view at 14th floor, we also had the breakfast buffet and was outstanding, overall a great stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The gym and pool were an awesome bonus and our rooms were great. Overall for the price we were very impressed! Daily room service with new towels and a clean room each day, plus free bottles of water filled each day which was very helpful

Staff were very friendly and professional. Check in took minutes. My 2 bedroom apartment was amazing, with spacious bedrooms, master bed w/ bathtub ensuite, full kitchen, laundry, lounge and loads of storage.

The only negative is you have to walk a few hundred metres to find some quality street food and restaurants

Four of us stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was spacious and clean. Excellent air conditioning with separate controls in each room. The pool was a bonus, giving us the chance to cool off in the Saigon heat!

Location was a bit far from the centre of the city, but was a little quieter and more peaceful.

Fantastic rooms work lots of space. The mall next door is very handy. I especially loved the washing and dyer which is super appreciated after 2 weeks of dirty clothes. The housekeeping staff did such a wonderful job and everything is spotless

The staff were professional however, just lacked any warmth or a friendly hello upon checking in or throughout my stay for 4 nights

Absolutely everything from kitchen to cutlery to an airfryer but most of all washing machine - - a dream on a busy work trip! breakfast was really good, Wonderful room and lighting - was 5 star.

The hotel was a bit too far out from the city centre - however that's fine if that is what you require.
