The roof top pool is a winner. Fridge in room. Kitchen down stairs, bus service close by into district 1. Pretty good. Eould recommend for a couple. Bit out of the way for solo travellers.

The pool on the rooftop is amazing ! I was the only one using it most of the time. The homestay has a family feeling. Lots of small restaurants around the homestay. Clean and modern. You can use the shared kitchen. Shampoo, soap, toothpaste provided. The room looks exactly like the picture and comes with a fridge. The laundry service is good.

Be aware that the location is very far from the central area. Taking a taxi/grab becomes pricey and time consuming, about 40min from the central area. Use of the pool is from 7am to 7pm. I was surprised to find a roach the size of my thumb in my room.

Nice small guesthouse with a great host. The location is very good, on a surprisingly quiet alley in a busy area of the city. The coffee shop downstairs is nice and serves good coffee and drinks for a reasonable price.

I would have appreciated a better selection of food for breakfast in the coffee shop. However, there are plenty of options in the neighborhood. A bedside lamp or light switch would be great.

Very friendly staff and good coffee in house. Very good value for money. Location is great too, close to a bustling street full of food vendors and the like. Definitely recommend

What really made this stay wonderful was the amazing staff & the owners beautiful family. I was not well during my stay due to jet lag & sun stroke as well as having phone/internet issues but everyone was very accommodating and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. This was my first time in Vietnam so the whole experience was quite overwhelming due to being unwell & culture shock but I cannot fault the friendliness of the service. The Cafe downstairs is comfortable and has a great vibe to it with amazing coffee-highly recommend. The bed was comfortable and the elevator made everything easy.

The only thing was the location due to being a bit far from everything but there’s a supermarket a block away & the Grab app for food etc was easy to navigate. This isn’t a 5 star property but it was clean enough & had everything that you may need. The free water was a bonus!

Very friendly and easy going staff, they took the time to show me and explain to me in very good English how to lock, unlock, open and close all doors for access at night and so I could park my motorcycle inside the garage area no matter what the time was when I got back. It is perfect place, nice pool and the coffee shop inside on main level is a great seating area with lots of great smells. Wifi was great all the time. I recommend to anyone.

You will need Grab to get to most places unless you have your own transportation. No bottled water in room but there is a market close by.

Comfortable setting, suitable for long or short term stays. Coffee shop and private kitchen for customers downstairs, rooms and swimming pool upstairs. Friendly staff with good enough English. Not very far away D2, 4 km to nearest new MRT line that can bring you to the city center or to the new town in the East (D9). Rooftop swimming pool with city view suitable for grown ups but not children. Very good communication on here or Zalo.

Swimming pool not suitable for small children, too deep and no floating toys provided.

The place is very clean and our room was spacious. The bed was a bit hard but they gave us another topper for the bed right away. The rooftop pool is wonderful (picture included) and it was great having use of the kitchen in the basement. It was too bad that the cafe on the main floor was closed, but TET (New Years) is a big deal in Vietnam so we understand.

The property is far from District 1 so you’ll want a motorbike or a Grab account to get around.

There was nothing we did not like about this stay. Host was very welcoming and helpful. We ordered laundry and it was done by the next morning - very quick. The pool was lovely and there is a coffee shop at the bottom and the coffee there was AMAZING. We ended up getting one every morning. Room was big and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

The location was abit far out but we were aware of this and it wasn’t an issue because there was a bus stop at the end of the road and could get the bus in for 6000 [around 18p] so we could not complain!! It was nice being away from the hustle and bussle!
