Really like the location of the hotel. District 2 is a good, fairly quiet neighbourhood and a short cab ride to the city that is nice to walk around in. The hotel rooms are fairly clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room that we stayed in had a washing machine and fridge which was a bonus for us since we were staying for almost a week.

Our hotel room was sharing a wall with the hotel cafe so it was quite noisy in the mornings when the cafe was opening up and serving customers. Also, we liked that there was a washing machine in the room but there wasn't a practical way to hang up laundry in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at Nexus House Garden Thao Dien and I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. My room was beautifully decorated, spacious and spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities provided, which added a touch of luxury to my stay

Staff was amazing and very helpful. The stuff was nice, the location is convenient and quiet. Room was spacious & very clean. I enjoyed my room and was able to open window to let the fresh cool breeze in though it had air conditioner. Room very comfortable too.

It all went well! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was super easy. The room was spotless (and new). The bathroom was very clean, modern and spacious and really nicely designed. We had tea and coffee in the room which was replaced every day with clean cups too. Bed super comfy. Quiet room was also welcome after a day walking.

Ben was the best, most helpful staff we had the whole trip in Vietnam. There should be more Ben's. He went over and beyond to help us, make suggestions on where to go. It's walking distance to the closest mall and a quick drive to the city center. Also just outside is a delicious Bahn mi food cart.

The size of the room was a bit smaller than expected.

Amazing stay at the area. Quiet area snug at the end of a street. clean and adequate amenities. Food and drink options nearby with 24h cafe around the corner

No washing machine, it will be great if there is washing machine service in the homestay itself

Very comfortable and clean room and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were great. I loved the instant hot water in the shower. The staff were very nice, good at English. Check in and out was super easy and I was able to reserve a taxi to the airport at the front desk conveniently too.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The room was comfortable and they kindly upgraded us to a city view which we appreciated. Housekeeping came every day and the room was very clean. Excellent location close to downtown sites. Would definitely stay again!

Polite and courteous staff. Helped with my local travel. Rooms were neat and clean, spic and span. Hot water available 24 hrs. Beds were comfortable, AC was great. The propery location was perfect for local dining and attractions. Will definitely be back.

The staff were so welcoming and pleasant and helpful. Lovely decor. Easy access to restaurants & cafes. Efficient & helpful service. Nexus House Thao Dien met our need for comfort and rest supremely well during our very active Ho Chi Minh visit.
