Really like the location of the hotel. District 2 is a good, fairly quiet neighbourhood and a short cab ride to the city that is nice to walk around in. The hotel rooms are fairly clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room that we stayed in had a washing machine and fridge which was a bonus for us since we were staying for almost a week.

Our hotel room was sharing a wall with the hotel cafe so it was quite noisy in the mornings when the cafe was opening up and serving customers. Also, we liked that there was a washing machine in the room but there wasn't a practical way to hang up laundry in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at Nexus House Garden Thao Dien and I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. My room was beautifully decorated, spacious and spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities provided, which added a touch of luxury to my stay

Ben was the best, most helpful staff we had the whole trip in Vietnam. There should be more Ben's. He went over and beyond to help us, make suggestions on where to go. It's walking distance to the closest mall and a quick drive to the city center. Also just outside is a delicious Bahn mi food cart.

The size of the room was a bit smaller than expected.

Amazing stay at the area. Quiet area snug at the end of a street. clean and adequate amenities. Food and drink options nearby with 24h cafe around the corner

No washing machine, it will be great if there is washing machine service in the homestay itself

thao dien is an interesting neighborhood - much more quiet than the rest of hcmc and more expensive. it's definitely a place for foreigners. the place itself is great. cute staff working at the coffee shop making really delicious coffee. cozy place and really nice shower.

theres a bit of mosquitos in the area because the area of thao dien can flood during the rainer months, something to keep in mind!

Hotel perfectly located for a transit in Ho Chi Minh, close to the airport and with everything you need around to eat and shop. And especially lovely staff who did everything to make sure we could get a pair of forgotten earring, thanks again!

Friendly staff at the this little oasis in Saigon, the rooms are well designed, showers fantastic but above all i loved the sense of serenity at this place, an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city :)

Very nice room. Spacious, with a kitchen. Very nice shower. Friendly staff. Good coffee downstairs. Nice neighbourhood.

For a tourist, it’s at the far end of Thao Dien from District 1. So everything was a 25 min Grab ride away.

The room is very clean and well equipped with amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend their passion fruit juice 😋 Great location. There's everything next to it. Would highly recommend. 10/10 and will definitely come back!

Sound proof doesnt work well, when people walking upstair made it noisy at night with even little move.
