We rented an apartment so there was no breakfast but the apartment itself had a lot of space and 2 bathrooms along witth a nice separate kitchen area and sparse, but comfortable bedrooms. Bathroom facilities were very good and the cleaning services were reliably regular. Staff at the residences were all very friendly and helpful when approached about anything, which included a mix up in the booking where we were placed into the wrong kind of room but were relocated quickly and without question, and all very amicably. Overall I would recommend Glenwood as value for money and comfort for the time we stayed there (5days, 4 nights). There was an attached restaurant and bar that served high quality local food which whilst a little expensive, was also very good overall.

There were no big gripes with our experience as a whole. The slight mix-up with the original booking was dealt with so quickly and in such a friendly manner that I would actually rate this as almost a positive experience, and other than that I would say that the apartment itself and service was very good. The pool was a little less accessible and smaller than we were led to believe, but this could be the only issue overall with our stay.

Spacious apartment, good size rooms, close to pool and gym, lovely location. We were able to have early check in and late check out for very reasonable rates.

Nice kitchen put very few utensils or anything to cook with. Communicating with the host was very challenging before arrival as we wanted to have an early check in and they didn’t respond to messages, but there were no problems with this when we arrived and we received an apology.

it is ok in overall I just have a question that I filled all the information for VAT invoice on my booking, but the hotel did not receive it. I am still waiting for the invoice . What will happen if I will not get the invoice?

There was an ant infestation, I’ve lived in Vietnam before and know that ants just get everywhere but this was another level they were in the bedrooms and all over the corridor when we didn’t have any good in the rooms so was confused as to why so many so hopefully they sort it because there must be a nest. Other than that 10/10
