An exceptional stay! The super friendly staff truly made the experience memorable with their warm and helpful service. The location is absolutely perfect—very centrally located yet wonderfully quiet, offering the best of both worlds. The apartment itself was a delight: modern and stylish, with a Western-style bathroom. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

The shower water could have been hotter and the kitchen utensils should include at least one knife. I rented an apartment with a balcony, but the "balcony" was only separated from the room by a wall that was about 50 cm forward, and the former window opening was filled with perforated bricks. In my opinion, they could have saved themselves that and made the room a bit bigger instead. My room was on the 2nd floor and bordered on an open communal floor with a seating area and kitchen. This sometimes made it noisy, there were cooking smells, and the light from outside came through the glass door of my room when I was already going to sleep. Next time I would definitely prefer a higher floor.

Apartment located in a nice and quiet street with private villas next to it. Staffs are friendly and always give warm welcome to guests, fulfilling most requests, and willing to go above and beyond my expectations. Main gate will close around midnight and there's security personnel 24/7 at gate making guests feel safe at all times. There are lost of restaurants, bars, pubs and inexpensive local street food for your selection.

Wi-fi at the location was terrible, low speed, weak signal and dropped out very frequently making communication and internet browsing extremely difficult. Inside room is spacious, clean but utensils and trash cans should be replaced due by age of usage.

English speaking friendly staff available and always willing to help with any needs. Security a plus with staff at front desk and gate locked after hours. Wonderful location with lots of great local and western places to eat within short walking distance.

Rooms not very sound-proof so sometimes a bit noisy when other guests came in and out late at night or early morning. Limited kitchen items so not set up to cook but not an issue for me as I ate out.

Beautifully laid out and in a great location close to many and varied restaurants. Had an elevator and allowed us to checkin early after the previous guests left. Bougainvillea and a view of the beautiful Landmark 81, tallest bldg in Vietnam, from our room window.

The A/C was in the kitchen portion of the apartment so the sleepung area wasn't as cool as it could have been, but there was a powerful ceiling fan over the beds which helped a lot.

A few more cooking utensils in the room would be nice although they do have a share kitchen eating area on level 2.

Location, decor, furniture, it all looks great. Great value for money.

But…the window was dirty and the curtain was broken. The shower door did not close fully due to gravity, so bathroom floor got very wet. There was no plug for kitchen sink making it hard to wash dishes, which was compulsory or at 100K fine.

-Friendly and helpful staff. -Cozy and good enough space. -Great location, middle of Thao Dien area. Restaurant and convenience store are in walking distance. -Hotel is inside of Villa area. In front of the hotel is not busy and spacious.

-No hot water after 10pm almost everyday. -I felt bit unsafe with wifi as all the room is the same wifi password. -Quality of cleaning was not that good. Many hairs are still remains on the floor even after cleaning. -No sound proof between next room. The noise from the bar around the area are quite noisy until 11pm. -So many mosquitos. Better to prepare mosquito repellent or incense.

Cute, cosy apartments, neat and tidy. Great location and friendly, helpful, kind staff. Laundry service for a good price.

Shower drain wasn't draining properly at the start but once I let them know they came and cleaned it out for me.

Mecozy is a beautiful hotel with wonderful and helpful staff, available 24 hours. My flight was delayed and my taxi dropped me off in the wrong part of the block with lots of heavy bags. I called and the staff ran down the street and helped me bring all of my things to the hotel. My room was beautiful and the location was convenient. It is at the front of the neighborhood right next to security with a convenience store just outside.

While overall, a wonderful experience, the shower water never got warm. It just kind of got not cold. The TV links to google only, which is fine since TV is usually non-existent for travel, but my first 2 nights were very stormy so I stayed in. Otherwise, my experience was wonderful.
