The two rooms on the ground floor the reception lights constantly shine into the room 24/7 not great for night time

Simple, clean, friendly cleaning staff. Nice cafe around the corner for breakfast.

No super easy to get in at night (late check in) as you need to call someone and wait a few minutes outside for someone to come

Location and friendliness of staff. Great washing facilities. Will definitely recommend.

The room is spacious, simple, and has a Western feel. It's in a good location because it's in a quiet alley. My room has a nice view of a green area with trees. There's a laundry machine available.

I asked for some kitchen tools, but the staff said they didn't have any. It feels like the kitchen is just for show. I think you don't value your guests enough. For the price, I expected a full set of cooking tools. Avoid Quoc Huong Street because it floods during the rainy season.
