Nice location away from busy street, however shops, restaurants and transportation were nearby. Very nice view to the East over the river. My child loved the view and the big TV with Youtube. Also the friendly "grandfather" smiling at him and entertaining him while waiting for transport. The staff listened to our wishes and were able to communicate in English.

Area has locals shops and businesses, nothing much for those looking Western style. But a bit further easy to go.

The location was great. There are a lot of great street food vendors in the area and the area is very peaceful and quiet. The location is also very easy to find. Most importantly, The receptionists and staff are very accommodating and helpful. The security is also very friendly and professional.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They did a good job on my laundry and a good job of making up the room upon request. I enjoyed fun banter with the security staff and had a very pleasant stay. Although the location is not ideal, the experience outweighs that in all matters and I will always stay there in my future stays in Ho Chi Minh City.

Spacious and clean room, large-size towel and face towel, bathtub (depending on availability and room type), large window with view, nice staffs.

The hotel location was a bit far away from the city center but since this area is between district 2 and district 1, which is connected by bridges, it gets crowded from early morning till late at night. The nearest convenience store, family mart is 7 mins away by motorbike.

Customer service is excellent. The hotel staffs, Tho, Lam, Phi, Huyen and two young lady housekeepers made my trip easy.

The rooms need a little cosmetic renovation, many dirty spots on the walls and the flooring swollen in some spots.

Security is first class. The rooms are very clean. Tv has got YT option.

Renovating work starts at 8 am. Staff hardly speak english.

The walls so dirty which does not comply with the room it self everything was so nice and clean just the condition of the walls was really bad
