Our stay at Feliz Somerset was incredible. It was comfortable, clean, had all great facilities and the staff were top class. My only complaint is that it had only 2 pots and 1 fry pan....i had to improvise with my meal preparation. Other than that, it was excellent value for money and I will definitely be visiting again as my son now lives and works in Vietnam. Thank you to all the staff members from the porters to the cleaning staff to the front desk...you made my stay so special ❤️

Not enough cooking wares.

The staff were so incredibly friendly and patient and understanding! My mom is super difficult and she was making a fuss but they stayed very professional and sweet, which helped me out a great deal. I don't think any other place could provide such amazing service. The room was clean, the entire place was clean, it's in a quiet area, and the pool area is gorgeous!

My main dislike with Somerset hotels in general (and a lot of others in Vietnam) is the ultra firm mattress :') Makes me so sore. You're not going to get a typical breakfast experience but the vouchers you can get from them will get you up to 150,000 VND in the Starbucks next to them.

The location is super convenient although a bit distance from D1 but still easily accessible using taxi, grab, etc. The management did a well planning for my booking due to our flight schedule and upgraded our unit to host 2 families. The room is new, spacious, clean, make you feel so comfortable either for a short and long stay. The staff are super helpful providing great recommendations as well as guiding us for the best way to travel around. Plenty choice of food with the Annam Gourmet, Starbuck, Faifo Lane, Pho Sach and few restaurants at walking distance. Facilities in the service apartment complete and exceeded our expectation. The kids spent so much time at the pool as it came with slide, massage pool, hot pool and kids' pool. Most important, this property located at less traffic area which is good place to relax and get away from hectic busy D1.

Very nice, clean and really suitable for family with small kids. There's a department store next door which allowed us to get provisions and cook our own breakfast. The pool area is amazing, the kids simply loved the water slide. It is about 10-20 min from district 1, depending on traffic, but if you have a car or use Grab, it is perfect.

The staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful.

All our tours started in district 1. So the only downfall was that we had to catch a Grab into the city first. But being further out meant that it was cleaner and much quieter.

The staff is super nice. The appartement So clean and absolutely perfect, what we were looking for. Calm, perfect location to explore the city and come back at night for some rest, in a quiet area. The pools are great too!!

It was extremely spacious and luxury, the Starbucks vouchers in the morning entitled us to a drink and pastry each. The swimming pool was massive and even had different access points and a slide etc. plenty of building amenities and it was very secure and convenient having shops across the road.

Amazing stay as always. The property is spacious and newly furnished with 2 bedrooms. Comfy bed, spacious balcony, big dining tables, 2 TVs and free access to resident pools. I always enjoy my stay here.

I hope the property will install smart TV with Netflix/ YouTube in coming time.
