I had a wonderful experience at the Ngoc Loan Hotel. I stayed there for one and a half weeks, and everything was great. From the hospitality, to the facilities and the cleanliness, it was all top notch. The hotel room is really nice, clean and spacious. The bed was soft and the pillows were comfy. You also get two tables and three chairs, and the tables are large enough to where you can actually eat your breakfast and lunch on it. The room I had also came with a large fridge and was equipped with an effective AC, that cooled the room fast. The bathroom was also large and clean. Furthermore, I really loved the hotel-balcony, it came with a lovely view over Saigon and the surrounding area. The hospitality of the Ngoc Loan Hotel was lovely. Every day, of your stay, your met with smiles and happy faces from the hosts, which really makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Moreover, the hosts were considerate, friendly and helpful and it makes for a wonderful stay at the hotel. All for a really reasonable price.

The Ngoc Loan Hotel is, however, located a little distant from the city center, which makes it a little inconvenient to get to and from District 1.

The area was pretty quiet which was nice, a lot of shops nearby and it's mostly local stuff. The hotel was fairly clean, but did have a lot of ants in the room, after asking reception I got some RAID to spray them with which helped. The hotel had helpful staff and was a decent price.

The location was a bit out of the way from both D1 and D7, this was my first stay in HCMC and it was difficult to guess where it was really. Grab is a great solution if you take the bikes, it was pretty cheap and quick into D1. The ants in the room wasn't great, the room was also a bit worn. It seemed the door had been broken open before, and there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom.

I think the best room for this money! Excellent spacious and clean room! With a wonderful view. Everything was pretty clean. Very welcoming and friendly hostess! I enjoyed everything! especially the balcony where you can drink juice in the evenings!

Good value for money, in a nice quiet street and neighbourhood in district 7, plenty of options to eat or coffee very nearby, short taxi or bus ride to district 1. Clean room, everything working, I can recommend.

It was definitely a bit further from everything than we expected. Staff doesn’t speak English- not a problem, she knows how to google translate. Our room had trouble with air conditioning, either too cold or too humid

Great hotel! Very accommodating, I have not been bothered by any noise, and it feels safe and private. Good options for Grab food around.

It was the second time we stayed here. First on the 4th floor which is the best room and second time on the 2nd floor.The room is fine, not very spacious but ok. The bathroom was a bit old but functional.

There was no cleaning in the room, not even once. The staff doesn't speak English at all, but using Google translate.

The hotel was great, sadly it was cash only but we manage to figure it out. Great staff ! You get what you pay for but it was good stay for the price to be honest :) Unlike many other hotels, this one was nice and quite. I really liked it,

Although i got a room that reeked like cigarettes, but i was moved to another room that didnt smell (in less than 20 minutes), i guess someone next room might have been smoking.

Have stayed here before and like going back. Nice balcony views of the city. Pretty quiet most of the time. Cafes/shops/food, etc. Nice area to have an evening walk. About 10 minutes m/bike to the centre.
