Nice and clean small apartment in a family run compound.This is a more local area of Ho Chi Minh city , not a lot of tourists. Lots of coffee/food places in walking distance. Quiet at night so you can sleep.Cheap grab ride to all attractions. The rooms have fridge/washing machine/microwave/electric kettle/aircon/smarttv/good WiFi. The family is very helpful and friendly.

The room was a little dark, due to the small balcony facing the internal buidling, but this also makes it quieter /cooler. Grab found it hard to find ,we solved this problem by going to the apartment block across the road (Galaxy 9) where they could drive in and pick us up.

Located in a quite alley close to Saigon riverside, just 10mins driving to the CBD. My room was clean and tidy, with a good aircon and all essential amenities. Host was super hospitable, polite and friendly. She also offered me her tasty homemade ‘bun thit nuong’ when waiting for my Grab. Overally without doubt, an excellent stay!

Nothing at all

Nice clean spacious apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. No washing machine in the apartment but we could use the one in the complex and there is an area to hang out laundry

No hob/ hot plate for cooking even though there were pots and pans. Shower didn’t get hot. Location is a bit further out than we expected. We were only in HCMC for 3 night so we probably should of strayed more central They didn’t except card payment

Cleanly room & Lovely host

This place is located in a quiet alley in District 4. All the delicious Vietnamese food you could want, is located within walking distance. The workers Loan, Dung, Hằng and Vĩ were great to deal with. A Bank, 7/11, Gym and a fresh food grocer are all located within 50M. Good value for money and a great place to stay.

The location is convenient for a serene walk along the river then cross over on the pedestrian bridge to explore much of the city. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The hosts were friendly and accommodating.

Close to historic sites, parks and features of interest by foot, scooter or taxi

There was a convenience store located within walking distance of the property. The staff were very friendly and made the place feel like home as per the name of the property.

They didn’t accept card so payments must be made fully in cash. They also didn’t seem to have room service so rooms were not made up everyday.

A nice room, a large mirror, and a clean bathroom. The air conditioning works well and the water pressure in the shower is strong enough.There is a convenience store within a 30-second walk.

The internet felt a bit slow.

Delightful hotel w helpful staff and a well appointed room. Clean bathroom with separate shower, nice sized room w kettle and bottled water daily. Excellent view from window.

At times difficult to find places to eat.

Modern style suite with a fridge and kettle. Big bathroom and large window for natural light.

Slightly out of the way from the centre but taxis are inexpensive.
