Good location, right in the centre

Difficulty with pumping out warm water

We booked the room very late because of our other booking host didn’t answered, so I contacted them to make sure that we could come. they did answer very quickly and had friendly staff at reception. nothing special with the room but it was almost what we aspected. the only thing we didn’t like was that the windows view was right into next house wall - so you can’t see anything at all. but all to gather clean in combination with the price did the rating higher from me. recommend for you who want a cheap, clean and modern room without anything special. best regards/ Silvia

Couldn’t see anything out of the window at all beside a wall 1m away, don’t know why they installed a window at all.

The staff was very friendly after we opened up and talked a bit. He spoke English very well and offered suggestions and advice for our travel to Da Nang after the hotel. Especially liked the large tub and area next to the window that was very comfortable for two to take a long bubble bath! The hotel offered bubble bath for sale so don't go out of your way to try to buy it.

The bed was a little bit soft and the hotel is located on the other side of the river away from the tourist area. While it gave us the opportunity to have a nice quiet dinner (a bit of a walk) at a sea food restaurant, the hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the tourist attractions.

It is very clean and well equipped. The staff is kind and do their best to help us (foreigners) We chose district 4 because it is away from crowds of tourists but you need to be okay with narrow and noisy streets.

The rooms are spacious. The hotel is in good location and easily accessible. Price can be slightly lower.

The hotel tried to charge extra for 30 minutes past the checkout time but it was worked out. Being a level 3 VIP on booking.com, 30 minutes should have been the least of the courtesy.

I like that it’s just across the river and view of my room is stunning. It’s also clean & the AC is working perfectly fine. The staff’s are all corteous and always attentive. Beds were soft and comfy pillows.

Management and staffs (Receptionists and Housekeepings) are very accomodating and helpful. Highly recommended. My always first choice of accomodation in Ho Chi Minh.
