Price, Cleanliness, Safety, Location puro ten 5 a key!! Staff were awesome place is convenient and has laundry next store and good local food spots happy as would stay again minus the kid and for good measure misses can stay home to haha. All in all cheers from the Kiwis Kia Ora

Little misleading when booking superior triple room photos shown aren't actually the room you get but you can check once you've booked hotel and click view room details and it gives you the photos of the room (lesson learnt) it is tiny 2 adults and a teenager could not i repeat not fit our suitcases 3x carry and one big one without opening them on the bed and playing tetris between front door and bathroom to walk around and also next to no walking room on top of that made it a challenging room it was a bomb shell due to being so confined but not bad for a 2-3 days short stay and price can't match it so on that note I'll be back no teenager and a bigger room haha

Great location, far from the usual tourists but close enough to everything. Banks, great local food at their doorstep, markets, shopping streets are all close by. The staff was great and very accommodating

The entrance stairs are not at all senior and disability friendly. The ramp is too steep and the steps are too high.

The place is indeed cozy, organized, quiet, safe and very clean. Walking distance to most visited areas. My family and I would like to thank Dhong (hotel staff who’s doing 1500 to 2300 shift). He was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He always offer help in everything - best and cheap food, places and tours. Thank you so much Dhong! :) We really enjoyed our stay in Saigon - one of the reasons is the hotel we stayed in and the hotel staff. Will definitely recommend to family, friends and colleagues.

Good location , nice view , cheeky little rooftop , very friendly staff and security 24/7. Laundromat next door , shops round the corner and everything quite close by. Beds were comfy and fridge was big . Free toothbrushes and combs too and shower gel and shampoo provided. And free water provided.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in in terms of customer service and care by the staff and the owner, Lin. From pick up from the airport, to landing, to suggesting where to go to enjoy our stay, Lin made sure that we were not just getting a place to stay but an experience!! I left my wallet in the hotel and the staff brought it to where we were!! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ENOUGH!! This is 5 star service right here!!

I liked where hotel was located it was lovely and central for walking to places.

There was a lot of work going on in next building. 7am every morning hammering banging every day. It was next to my room.

Staff were so attentive and friendly, helped us sort out transport from the airport and recommended great places to eat. Location was also good, rooms were clean, quiet and bed was so comfy!

Room was a little on the small side, but not a major issue for us as we spent most of our time out and about.

Good facilities. Kitchenette in the room plus basic cooking utensils and crockery. Excellent shower. Convenient location. Very nice and quiet.

The location is in the center of the city with very reasonable price. The room is sufficiently clean and comfortable, and the staff is excellently nice, enthusiastic and supportive. I am pretty satisfied.

The room was clean enough but there are some details I feel not really comfortable. But as I am overly strict in this matter, I know I couldn't ask for more with such price and location of an accommodation.

Great location for walkable activities and popular restaurants. Reception and security were nice and friendly. and the rooms were spacious. would highly recommend and stay again if ever I'm back in Ho Chi Minh.
