The place is indeed cozy, organized, quiet, safe and very clean. Walking distance to most visited areas. My family and I would like to thank Dhong (hotel staff who’s doing 1500 to 2300 shift). He was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He always offer help in everything - best and cheap food, places and tours. Thank you so much Dhong! :) We really enjoyed our stay in Saigon - one of the reasons is the hotel we stayed in and the hotel staff. Will definitely recommend to family, friends and colleagues.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in in terms of customer service and care by the staff and the owner, Lin. From pick up from the airport, to landing, to suggesting where to go to enjoy our stay, Lin made sure that we were not just getting a place to stay but an experience!! I left my wallet in the hotel and the staff brought it to where we were!! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ENOUGH!! This is 5 star service right here!!

Staff were so attentive and friendly, helped us sort out transport from the airport and recommended great places to eat. Location was also good, rooms were clean, quiet and bed was so comfy!

Room was a little on the small side, but not a major issue for us as we spent most of our time out and about.

The location is in the center of the city with very reasonable price. The room is sufficiently clean and comfortable, and the staff is excellently nice, enthusiastic and supportive. I am pretty satisfied.

The room was clean enough but there are some details I feel not really comfortable. But as I am overly strict in this matter, I know I couldn't ask for more with such price and location of an accommodation.

the check in process if you come later than 6 pm, you will bot find anyone in the reception as it looks like a shop and renting their rooms upstairs so make sure you text me before to tell them what time you are coming. the other bad thing is that they close the gate 11 pm everyday so of you come late, you ring the bell to wake up the guarde to open the door for you.

I have booked one night in this hotel, this hotel was over my expectations, the room was so clean and nice view, it located in center District near by almost any typical place in Ho Chi Minh city, very comfortable bed and friendly staff , the staff very helpful was support me many thing as I want . The hotel located in main street very easy can find out but very security and quiet , I’m absolutely will recommend this hotel to my friend and definitely come back here on next trips.

GREAT! Free for early check-in. I came at 12pm and after checking the room, the front desk informed that I could take the room without surcharge. Very satisfied. The room was clean, quiet. Private kitchen although I didn't cook 😂.Smart TV, friendly staff

This Hotel very convenience for everything , you can easy go shopping, visit central city , foods and everything, the staff friendly and helpful also although stay in Main Street but rather quiet
