We had a warm welcome despite not arriving till around 11.30pm. Every member of staff throughout our interaction were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and spotless. Comfortable bed and great to have YouTube available. Some noise from outside from the morning time but nothing that will wake you any earlier than is reasonable! Breakfast was lovely. Omelettes, crepes, toast, fruit and yogurt. All staff there were brilliant. I have to call out here too for anyone reading this that the street food stall at the front of the hotel was brilliant. Delicious street food, always busy and super cheap. Don’t hesitate to try it. The foot bath on our last evening was a lovely touch too.

The only thing to note is that in the main building where reception is, there is no elevator (as is usual with many places across the city!) The staff were brilliant and took our bags and up and down without hesitation or us asking, but just be aware if you struggle with mobility as you may struggle. You might want to ask to be put in the building that has the elevator (the one where breakfast is!)

The property was very well locatred, it was not far to travel for many of the local attractions. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, it was good value for money. All the staff were very friendly and helped whenever I asked for anything. In particular Khoa (Mark) was outstanding, he went over and beyond in making my holiday before, during and after my stay and excellent experience. I contacted the hotel prior to arrival with a few questions, Mark replied and found all I needed and put my mind at ease. When I arrived Mark sent me a comprehensive list of sightseeing, activities, restaurants and bars that he recommended. Mark also helped me book my onward travel from HCMC to Phu Quoc Island via sleeper bus and ferry. I can’t thank you enough for helping me out and making my stay at Chez Mimosa a great experience.

Fantastic location with beautiful rooms, super comfortable bed and the best breakfast since arriving in Vietnam with bonus of being served on 5th floor rooftop breakfast bar. The secret sauce to the stay was having a guest relations team to helped us navigate around HCMC. Mark speaks excellent English, is super enthusiastic and was really helpful in suggesting where to eat / find the best coffee and generally how to get the most out of our final 2 days. He also treated us to a free foot massage at the next door spa. If you enjoy a good massage we can definitely recommend booking up for a full session as it was a really thorough deep tissue massage - wonderful!

There was nothing we didn’t like, however, it is worth pointing out that there is no lift. We were on the 4th floor, which we loved, but this wouldn’t suit anyone who struggles with stairs.

Great location. Close enough to the tourist zones but far enough. Tons of local street food right outside your door, literally. All Vietnamese crew eating..a lot of stalls and shops were busy..good sign that it’s clean and delicious. Tons of fruit ladies too. If you’re sensitive to a bit of karaoke, get some earbuds. Classic viet uncles karaoke in the street. But good vibes. That’s what you can on holiday for right? To experience. Really helpful staff as well, all nice and speak English and can recommend whatever you’re after. Don’t forget to tip them 😂

Honestly it was great. Above what you pay in quality and cleanliness and size. You not going to get better for the price. Anyone that complains deserves a backhand lol

Small charming hotel with big rooms. Super friendly staff!

The room actually hadn’t real windows. Just small patio facing the wall.

Little boutique hotel with beautiful rooms. Initially, we got a bit confused as to where the hotel reception is but we found it eventually. It's inside a lane but once you know it then all is easy. The room was surprisingly very pretty, clean and quiet, even though it faces the road, no sound will come inside. The Free Laundry service was a great compliment from the hotel. The staff is really nice and kind. A senior lady at breakfast will win your heart by ensuring you get top notch service. Overall, we loved our stay here.

May be the location as it seems a bit in a market with vegetable and fruit vendors outside. It wont look like a up class locality but other than that there is no issue. The place is absolutely safe and you can roam around for daily needs. The only thing (if at all) I can stay that can be improved is that the staff at reception was not able to help us much on the places we intended to explore such as Cu Chi Tunnels or Mekong Delta etc. They were giving us the brochure for the tours they themselves can organize, which were costlier than Klook.

We had three nights here and were very glad we chose this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, everything from smooth check in, to complimentary laundry service, to breakfast. Our room was a nice size with a desk and seating area -- a good amount of space for two people for three days. Room was made up each day. We had a lot of fun talking to Fleur and her team at the breakfast service, she speaks perfect French and English. They will also do a boxed takeaway breakfast if you have an early start. There is a water cooler in reception for water refill.

The location and staff were fantastic. The breakfast was amazing with the lovely Fleur looking after all guests and making sure they were fed well. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We were given the room on the 4th floor. Note: this hotel only has stairs so you need to carry your luggage up but the staff will help you carry it. It was ok for us but maybe bare in mind if you are older this may not be ideal. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

The shower had very very low pressure so wasn't able to have a proper clean or wash hair. I am not sure if it was because we were on the 4th floor or it is just part of the plumbing overall in the building.

I've stayed here in the past and it was as good as ever. The staff is perfectly matched for this facility and they were as professional and attentive as ever. My room was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Breakfast was really good and even included a great view!

The room was large and segregated and, as a result, the A/C had a hard time 'keeping up' as it may have been slightly undersized. Nevertheless, all was well and enjoyed my stay very much!

We really loved everything about this property and the location is perfect for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. Mark and his team at the hotel will take incredibly good care of you, including advice on the best places to eat, the best attractions to visit and the best ways to navigate the city. The facilities are exceptionally clean and well cared for. One of our favorite things was the breakfast, absolutely delicious and such friendly hospitality! We can’t recommend this hotel enough. Many of the balconies have a wonderful view of the city!
