Location and bslcony in room

Curtain had holes, took long time to get warm water in shower, and only in the morning. Evening only cold water. Manager’s attitude when I complained about not getting the room I booked. She complained about the price in booking.com and tried to give me a lower class room facing a wall in the ground floor instead of the balcony room I booked and psid for. After I did not accept the room without the appropriate discount in the price, she stopped tslking to me and did not even say hello during my whole 3-day stay🤔😂. How pathetic is that! And just unnecessarily constituted this review. Hotels with the vompetition nowadays in the jotel business, just cannot afford to treat customers like that.

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was friendly and the room was nice. I liked the location (right on a tourist walking street). Overall, a great experience.

The room could be a little bit cleaner (just a few stains - overall it was fine). Light sleepers should be aware that the second building is located directly on a busy walking street, so there is a little bit of noise at night. It did not bother me, but might be something to be aware of - if you sleep lightly, you may want to make sure to ask the hotel to put you in building #1.

This was our second visit in 12 months . Once again, staff friendly and helpful . They arranged airport pick up and dropped off for us both times very good drivers and something I really love is that the Vietnamese drivers are almost always early to pick you up . This area is fantastic for street food. There is so much great food within 5 minutes of walking from this hotel. This is our go to hotel when we are in HCMC

This is not the fault of the hotel, but this trip there were a lot of very noisy guests who didn't care how loud they spoke, running up and down stairs or standing outside your room at 2 am and I am yet to work out why people feel the need to SLAM the room door shut ????

The staff is nice and good service. The location is good. I can enjoy the city walk.

I saw previous comments for this hotel, some of the travelers also got problems below(especially solo travelers), I was early to achieve the hotel in the morning, I left my thing in there and I said I will come back on 2p.m to check into the hotel. However, I came back on time, but they said the air conditioning got problems needed to be fixed. Their solution is to change the room without a balcony for one night or I wait 1-1.30 hours after fixing the issue.

Everything here was great . Situated in a quiet alley that had lots of delicious local food choices within a 5 minute walk. I asked to see the room I booked because of some bad reveiws . In all honesty, I think some of you have reviewed the wrong hotel ?? Our room was spacious , clean , a little balcony over looking the alley , good bathroom the frosted glass walls were private enough for us . We stayed in 201 and were amazed at how quiet it was in the room , the hotel, and the alley we slept very well . Staff were friendly, especially our cleaning lady she did a great job, and you didn't have to get out too early for them to clean. There was a small, very small issue with the reception girls understanding English, but it wasn't a problem. Airport pickup and drop off on time and good drivers. We stayed 7 days and will go back here. So if unsure check your room before paying . A good example Gemini Saigon Apartments are showing pictures of the street and some things that are at Gemini Saigon Centre so PLEASE check your reveiws .

The most I surprised was 3 star hotel have bathtub And near by all the restaurants and bars . And hotel staff are very friendly and super kind . I have some problems and Miss Kim Ngan is help me a lot even not her duty . She has a pure heart. And very hard working. Thanks for your excellent service my little sister Kim Ngan . I will come back and see you again .

For the price, the room was big, clean, and there have bathtub was amazing.

Great location down a quiet side alley, off a main drag. War museum, markets, bitexco tower area all walkable. Big room, enormous bed, great aircon, big sink great for washing clothes in and balcony to dry them. Generous toiletries in bathroom..pump soaps. Lift access to all floors. Tea/coffee making gear. Byo tipple. Fridge in room working. Organised hassle free airport transfers. 400,000 one way. 300,000 back. More than a Grab or a taxi, but no drama and still reasonable. Chilled out local 'hood. Stayed 3 nights. All the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful

Broken toilet seat which had to take care sitting on. Mentioned it to staff on duty, but not fixed while we stayed. Cool water shower. (Suited the 32° heat tho!) Has a kitchen area but no equipment beyond 2 cups and saucers and a kettle. (Plenty of food and drink options outside) Shower area starting to show its age...needs some maintenance. No biggies really. Enjoyed our stay. Good value.

I would stay here again any time. Due to visiting on New Years Eve, the price was quite high, however it was a last minute booking after my original hotel cancelled upon check in. This hotel was a life saver. The room was clean and comfortable, great facilities, fantastic neighbourhood and location. The staff were beyond helpful considering the last minute nature of the booking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked a day use for 6 hours while in transit. The outside of the hotel does not look like much but when you get to the room, you're pleasantly surprised. Room was super comfy and had large windows overlooking the city. Location within 10-20 mins walk from Ben thanh markets and historic sites. Amazing array of cafes and restaurants nearby, and along the way. Bed was big and super comfy. My husband slept there all day while my son and I went for a wander. Clean and comfortable, yes it's dated but does not feel musty like some hotels. Staff very attentive to our every need. Communication was also very responsive prior to the stay. Would 100% stay again

Airport transfer was about 15 mins late, but maybe because we got out of the airport very quickly. We were able to call the hotel via whatsapp by connecting to the airport WiFi. Please note there's another hotel nearby called Gemini Saigon, completely different hotel. My friend came to pick us up at the wrong one.

The room was really good: super spacious, clean and well organized. The staff tried to arrange everything for us and they were always super nice and accommodating. Bed was king size so really wide. Big bathroom, big bathtub and big shower. The location was just perfect, for young people in particular. Also, we read a lot of reviews complaining about the noise, and it’s true, it’s pretty noisy at night, but let us say something to the people who wrote those reviews: if you wanted to be in a quiet place, why did you all booked a hotel in the heart of the most lively neighborhood with the best nightlife in Ho Chi Minh City? Makes no sense, because we knew that Bui Vien was chaotic but we decided to stay there because it is right in the city center and super convenient if you want to drink and have fun at night. So we really don’t have to say something bad about the noise or the location. Also, the price was a very good deal. Super recommended!

The bed was a little stiff, but that’s just our personal taste. Also, one of the bathroom window was defective. Nothing relevant to say except for these small details.
