After travelling South East Asia for the last 6 months, this is the first 10/10 we have given! Lily is so friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for you. She gives lots of helpful advice and answers any questions you have. You can book tours to Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta through her, as well as laundry, which was done in less than a day. The location is very central and the room was great, with a very comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious and there is a big fridge full of drinks, which are cheaper than the 7-11. Although it is close to Bui Vien street and you can hear the bars at night… it was never loud enough to affect our sleep. We would 100% stay here again!

We really liked the woman who ran the place. Very sweet, generous and helpful. She made the breakfast every day. We stayed for 3 nights spending our last days in Vietnam there. The room was small and a little barren, and the bed wasn't so comfy. It was clean. The bathroom was separated from the room with a frosted glass wall, so you didn't have privacy, really.. Location was chosen because it is central and so it was a little noisy from the party street it is directly on. That stopped at some point in the night though. HOWEVER we did choose the location ourselves, we just didn't know exactly what it was like. And since we didn't come to party it wasn't a plus in itself. It's 15 minutes from Ben Thrang market, which we didn't enjoy. It's huge with many different shops, but they all sell the same.

Bed was not so comfy.

It was a great location and the aircon was fabulous. Great secluded space for ourselves. It was easy walking distance to everything, we even walked ourselves to Tan Dinh. Lily was very helpful and helped us check in even late at night, helped us plan our way to the airport too. Thank you so much!

The sink dripped from below but it didn’t bother us that much just gave us a fright a few times. The water pressure was weak and we heard music from the street but still fell asleep with no problems

Great central location. Very friendly owner. Our room had a nice balcony. Plenty of space for four of us. Good shower. Was clean and comfortable. We had the family room with bunks. Owner gave us dragonfruit to try-yum. She was also super helpful with suggestions for places to eat. There is a 7-11 just outside and a bank machine very close.

Only downside is that it is on the party street so it was loud at night. I would say this is not a big issue if you are prepared. We knew this before we came though so we made sure we had earplugs.

The owner is so helpful and friendly, bringing out fruit and drinks if you happen to be waiting in the lobby. Also very helpful re booking buses etc

It is situated right by Bui Vien which is great for fun but it is what it is - loud! It’s not too bad at all in the room but something to know.

Bed was comfortable, even though it's down a small alleyway off the main bar/nightclub street, it's fairly quiet. Could hear the odd bass but still managed to get to sleep. Helpful to have a desk as well. The owner was very kind and helpful, quick turnaround on our laundry and showed us good eating spots.

The shower pressure was quite weak and the glass door to the bathroom opened onto the toilet bowl, very strange design.

Really nice room in a very buzzy area. Everything was clean and Lily was lovely! Helped us with finding some great food spots. Would stay again.

Bring some ear plugs because in the evening it gets pretty noisy. Also as suite case users we struggled a bit getting them up the stairs. But it was well worth the hassle!

wonderful stay at Lilys! Lily is a kind and helpful host. Her support throughout our 2 night stay was brilliant. The property was clean and felt welcoming- we didn’t want to leave! If you are coming to HCMC I cannot recommend staying here enough 🤩🤩

This wasn’t a problem for us however if you’re a light sleeper then it may be a little en noisy in this area due to the clubs.

Staff (Lynn) was very helpful and friendly. It was close enough to the hussle, but far enough away the noise didn't disturb my sleep too much. Breakfast was very good... missed my English Breakfast Tea.

Only down side was my room was right at the top (3rd floor). Did not forward to that after a day walking around the city. 🥵

Cute little place - super lovely staff who helped us navigate HCMC, book onward tickets, get a SIM card etc. The room was comfy. It's in the centre of the super hectic backpacker district (down a little alleyway) - handy in some ways, a bit crazy in others.

Best to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper - the street outside is full of clubs blasting techno and karaoke till the early morning. The sound spill is wild!
