The location is perfect. Close to the main places to visit. Very clean and the staff is amazing. They will help you as soon as you book. They will tell you how to get to the hotel, what to look out for and which taxi to take (there are also taxi scams).

Lovely little hotel right in the middle of the action. Very convenient for any sights in the heart of Saigon and comparably quiet (for Saigon). Never forget earplugs in any hotel...you WILL hear other people's noises, you WILL hear the sounds of the other 9 million people in the city.... that's just what it is. I have had wonderful sleeps here with earplugs. Good and strong AC. Nice bathroom with unlimited hot water. Very very comfortable bed with firm mattress and substantial covers. Very friendly staff. Be aware: most rooms don't have windows to the outside, only the ones with balcony actually have outside windows. Balcony is very small, reminded me a bit of old buildings in Paris, France. If I ever come back to Saigon I'll stay here again.

Good and friendly staff--24 hour too. Messaged me soon after about booking letting me know that the room with two double beds wasn't available, but I could get two rooms with the one double bed for same price and change to the booked room later. Nice rooms, I liked the shelving. Bathrooms were nice too, one was a wet bathroom, the other had separated shower. Very short walk to the Bui Vien walking street, but not so close that you hear the loud music.

The rooms didn't have good sound proofing, or they had thin walls so you could hear when people walk past or when someone was talking etc and it seemed like you couldn't be too loud. One of our rooms (I think room 204 or C202) door would make a loud creak when closing which was annoying.

Everything was awesome. From the hotel staff to the room. The receptionist and manager service was top notch. They were always willing to help and met every demands of ours. They were very friendly and made us feel welcome and never complained of anything we asked. Smiles was on their faces whenever we see them. We will definitely be back to this hotel on our next trip to Vietnam again. Overall a 10/10 stay. No regrets booking this hotel. 😀

I had a really pleasant stay at My Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The location is super convenient—right in the center of the city and close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It made getting around very easy. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi and good air conditioning. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Although the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, there are plenty of great cafes and food options nearby, so it wasn’t an issue at all. Overall, it’s a great value and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Very cute & beautiful hotel....loved the ambience. The interiors were done up so well... Had a small balcony as well. Room was spotless clean.... Beautifully lighted as well which added to the ambience.. Queen who is the manager was so warm & friendly. She went out of her way to assist me.... That little bit of personal touch indeed make you feel good. Also she spoke very good English so communication was optimum. She helped me with directions to few places i wanted to go... Indeed i would love to stay here again...& would recommend to others. By the way....location is brilliant, so close to the party places , yet in a street which is not noisy & offers privacy...

The location is strategic. Near the main road. Just 200 metres away from the bui vien walking street but surprisingly it's super quite. Restaurants are within walking distance. The staffs are very helpful. Smiling and greeting all the time. I would give 100/10 .. I will definitely return to this hotel in future, The bed was comfortable. Hot shower and the water pressure was so good. The room was cleaned everyday. They changed the towels and made the bed without us making any requests. Complimentary water bottles and toiletries were placed in the room everyday. The room was super clean. Air-condition worked well. There was a fan too. I absolutely loved everything about this hotel.

Good location; there's a shortcut to the Bui Vien Walking Street, and you won't hear the noise there. The staff is friendly. The laundry shop opposite the hotel is great and good service too. The room is clean, equipped with an aircond. Bathroom equipped with hot water shower.

Car can hardly enter into the street, but this is common and acceptable in hcmc, part of their township design. But it is just a short walk like less than 100m with good lighting even at 11pm. So just have your grab/taxi stop right front of the street. The bathroom door and the room door make some huge noise when opening or closing.

The location is excellent. Very central with many options (restaurants, bars) near the hotel. The staff was also very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. Strong air-conditioning. I stayed for only one night so cannot really give a very detailed review. The room was very basic but my rating has to do with the fact that is was very cheap compared to other choices in the location.

My room was quite simple (seems like it was built extra between floors). The sink was in the bedroom and not in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was very basic (not like in the pictures). The window was facing at a wall. I only spent one night in the room, so it did not bother me much for the price I payed.
