Room is pretty spacious for 2 people and is clean. Location of the hotel was right in the middle of Bui Vien street, thus very accessible if you are drinking till late. Special mention to both staffs, Van and Sang, who were very friendly and approachable from the first moment I entered the hotel! They gave me good food recommendations and places to visit within Ho Chi Minh City!

Unfortunately got the room (x01) that was directly facing Bui Vien street for the first few days of my trip and you can feel the music in the room even until 3-4am in the morning. Had a cold shower on one of the days, which is okay for me but just something for host and guests to take note of.

Great hosts so welcomeing and fantastic location, clean and easy to find, it wasn't even loud considering you are in the heart of walking Street, also got a fair well gift would definitely be coming back

I was told I could smoke in the lobby by the lovely female owner, but when she left at night a young boy said I couldn't because of fire alarm, wouldn't be a problem but later I come down him and his mates where smoking there, not a great feeling

The location was excellent for anyone wanting to lose himself in the Bui Vien Street, in the middle of the action during nightl. It was very helpful to exchange money in the hotel instead of looking for exchange places in the city. The receptionists were very helpful when asking suggestions for malls, places worth visiting, for night clubs. One receptionist even helped me buy a few geometry books I wanted via shoppe (a vietnamese online shop), he even spent time finding the cheapest of those books and ordering via his own account . He saved me a lot of money and time. Next time I visit HCMC , this hotel s definitely my first option to stay.

We stayed 10 days in the room 203, our stay was very good, the room is good for the price, its not big but absolutely fit our needs, the position is right in the center of Bui Vien so you have a lot of services near you and the best of night life, in room 203 the music was audible in the night but for us was not a problem for sleeping, it wasn't too loud and you get used quick to it. The room was reasonabily clean, never seen a cockroach in 10 days Super friendly staff, very kind and available to help. Very polite and always smiling, very good service All in all a very good experience and i would reccomend, If im in ho chi minh again i will surely think about booking here again

The location is amazing if you want to be close to everything! We love being able to walk home from a night out and the hotel is on the main walking street so it was perfect. (It is very loud into the early hours of the morning, so not best if you’re looking for a quiet/chill location, but we really didn’t mind the noise because of the hotel’s convenience). The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. They helped us book a tour to the Mekong delta, and the whole trip ran very smoothly. The room was so cozy and had cupboards/wardrobe which is great for the price of the room. We extended our stay because we loved the location so much! Would definitely stay again next time we’re in HCMC!!

Towels weren’t changed throughout our 4 night stay - for the price of the hotel that’s not too big of a deal, however they got quite dirty after a while and would’ve been lovely to have some clean ones maybe half way through our stay. If you want a quieter room maybe request one that’s not on the first floor :)

The hotel is situated right at the walking street. Very central location. The bed was comfortable. The staffs were really great especially, Victor was very friendly and helpful from the beginning.

The room where we stayed was on the second floor and in spite of being sound proof, the loud noise and base volume from the walking street kept us awake until 4-5 am. The bathtub had a leakage and water kept overflowing during showers (we informed this to Victor). As a result, there was a pungent smell generated from the bathroom. One last thing was that we saw cockroaches on two occasions.

The Crowne Bui Vien Hotel is centrally located on the famous Bui Vien Walking Street if you want to be right in the action of it. Which means you can expect crowds, late night partying, eating and sleepless nights at your front doorstep! I booked a standard room with soundproof walls to isolate from the adjacent club noise. My room was super clean & spacious, had a comfy bed with strong air con. What I enjoyed most about the hotel is the staff at reception, who are super friendly, fun & love sharing stories with you (shout out to Van & San). If you're not happy with your room, you can discuss it with these two and they will transfer you to a better room. Just ask rather than leaving a bad review!! A laundromat is also two doorsteps away + 7/11. Forget the window views - go downstairs, grab a seat and a beer and watch the live entertainment unfold. Definitely value for money and the most competitive price on the block.

The guys at reception are very good, excellent English, very professional, good exchange rate on money and super friendly. The hotel is easy to find, right in the middle of the action but the room was very quiet which was unbelievable. Great wifi, great comfortable bed, great a/c and a fridge with is super nice. Overall just an awesome time and location, would stay here again definitely.

Location was excellent. Literally next to everything (to to the bar with the poodle just down the road). Bed was hard but surprisingly really comfortable and I didn't have a backache at all which I sometimes get in aus. Mini fridge and aircon work. As sound proof as you're going to get for a street that never sleeps. I slept fine. Value for money would stay again

That they didn't mention no hot water. Got used to it after a day. You do not need hot water in that city at all haha! Be aware staff have limited English but Google translate is your best friend
