Mis Kim and her staff team are very kind. The 2 handsome gentlemen working there are kind and always helpful. The place is quiet and closer to lots of historical places to see.

The rats in the shared bedroom. (6 Bunk beds ) When you arrive. They show you the hidden costs for the room you've booked which makes the total cost to be more money than the total costs you saw on booking.com. That admin fee shouldn't be hidden. It should be visible so that the clients can include it on the budget.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was an issue. As a solo female traveller they made me feel really safe and secure. The laundry service is also brilliant if you need stuff washing during your stay. The location was amazing, very close to all the main tourist locations, but it was on a quiet back street so no interference in terms of noise from walking street. It was nice to be around locals rather than big hotels and hostels. The room was immaculate and clean, as was the bathroom. The staff offered every day if anything was needed in the room or if it needed cleaning.

It was a little difficult to find at first and confusing (follow Google maps!) But once you got the hang of the location it was fine! Could have done with a lamp in the room (room 2) as the lights were quite bright.

The owner was really lovely, Kim helped us with booking everything and she was so kind. It is a really great location, the rooms are very clean.

On my two months travel this hostel was by far my best experience. I had my own room, very lovely and comfortable. The location is great, right around the corner of the party walking street. But the best were the two young men who were running the place. They were so nice, Ba is his name I believe, is the sweetest person on earth, also very handsome by the way. He helped me so much, made my stay very special. Because the WiFi in my room wasn't very strong, I spent a lot of time downstairs with the guys. I felt like I was at home and regretted that I had to leave. One day I'll be back!

Wifi in room 8 on the topfloor could have been better.

The location!! Very convenient spot as you’re within walking distance to all the tourist spots! Kim was so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived and gave us information on distance and prices of different places to visit and helped us to book our visit to the cu chi tunnels!! She also offers laundry service which was excellent!! Room was clean and hostel is tucked off the main road so very minimal noise!!

The bed was a little bit hard but that is a minor issue as we slept well!

Big enough rooms. Felt safe. Staff were super nice and very helpful. They let us check in early! Amazing location. AC worked great.

We only got our free breakfast 1 out of our 3 night stay and it did not come with a coffee as suggested on here. Mattresses are hella hard. Showers have super weak water pressure and the water was cold.

The staff was amazing. Very sweet and helpful, I got so many tips for places/restaurants to visit. The room was small, but had everything you needed. It was nice with the AC. There was a room with good natural light (but not really view). The bed had a hard mattress, but for me it was very comfortable. And the room and whole hostel was so clean. The location was perfect, walking distance to the backpackerstreet and market. A lot of good restaurants nearby.

You may get lost the first time (it’s in a small alley), but the location was good and safe.

Hotel was able to accommodate our late arrival at midnight. Comfortable enough to get some peaceful sleep during our transit. Closely located to the bus station at 23/9 Park, where we were able to catch a shuttle bus to the airport.

Cleanliness could be improved, but overall still fine. Hotel seems to be designed more for backpackers, expect a bit of a walk through narrow alleys. Hotel provides clear access instructions so it wasn't a problem for us to find it, but best to keep in mind.

My time at H Hostel Cafe Saigon was fantastic. The prime location in the heart of the city allowed me to easily explore all the attractions. The rooms were spotless and provided a cozy sanctuary after a long day of sightseeing. The staff's excellent communication made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City."
