We stayed an extra night in Saigon and booked this place about 10 minutes before showing up. We arrived early and they kept our bags. The room wasn’t ready because it was about 11am when we arrived but they offered to WhatsApp us when our room was ready. They also told us to WhatsApp them if we ever needed anything. When we went to check in they told us they upgraded us for free!! They asked for the money for our room when we got there but we had no cash on us and they said that was not a problem, we just payed later that night. The room was lovely and spacious, super clean. Such an amazing location also, better than our last hotel. The people here are absolutely amazing, we had a bus at 8pm and they kept our bags for us all day. Would 100% recommend and would definitely return!

The location was excellent. Near the park, underground and above ground markets. The bars are around the corner but I didn't hear any noise from them. The room had a fridge to keep my groceries cold in the kitchen area along with a kitchen sink. Lots of room and furniture. Worth the money. I will stay here again when I'm traveling on a budget.

The separate shower was great but the water drained very slowly.

Great location in quiet lane only 200m from street with all the bars (and sports bars). Nice rooftop terrace. Manager met us at reception when we arrived and added as contact on Whatsapp. Very quick to respond to any queries or needs communicated through Whatsapp. Good security with security lock at front door when no-one at reception. Cheap little laundry across the lane.

Some reviews say a little hard to find.. But just walk up the lane (alley) at 283 Pham Ngu Lao until you get to No. 11-13.Not sure how you communicate with manager if you don't have Whatsapp, as normally no one at reception. Usual vietnamese shower that gets the whole bathroom wet!

The location was really near the city's attraction and there were a lot of restaurants nearby as well. The wifi connection was pretty stable. The rooms were spacious and fairly maintained. Although our rooms were in the 5th floor, there's an elevator available for use. There's a hot/cold shower available. Basic toiletries are available but not refillable (Understandable given the price) The host was kind enough to give us free water daily. The host was also responsive on any questions or concerns we have.

We occupied 3 rooms. The family room had some issues like the bathroom was kind of see through and there's no privacy. The door to the balcony was also broken making it unsafe to leave items in the room. There were also multiple instances where we can't fit more than 2 people in the elevator because there were random items in it - boxes / mop / rugs. Although it seems a lot of tourists stay in this location, the streets going to the hotel was really dirty. So please manage your expectations in the environment... if you're not very sensitive on these kind of things, you should be good.

Hotel was in a quiet little alley off of busier ones and close to the big park. Room was a good size with good AC and fan. Hotel had a simple rooftop Patio that was nice in the evenings when the breeze cooled things down. Excellent value overall.

Very rudimentary toiletries. We were on a short trip so did not have our own stuff but would recommend you do for here.

Great place for a family, clean, slightly smaller room, but the beds were fine, staff was friendly and helpful. Location ideal to explore the center.

Even though its in nicely hidden alley, the balcony door cant be closed completely, so the noise cant be sealed off.

The location is amazing! Right next to the party street, but completely quiet. Also the Saigon bus terminal is 250m away, so our trip to cu chi tunnels was easier than expected (27k đ one way, about 2,5h). There is no breakfast, but many cafes, restaurants and 7-Elevens around to compensate. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

Location excellent I stopped in the cheapest room but was good for the money and where it was in the middle of everything excellent

The price but make sure you get a room with a veiw I only stopped 2 nights I should of paid a little more for a room with a window

The price and location. Mind you, my review is based on a rate of $30/night. I am not comparing it to pricier hotels. They also allowed for a 5pm checkout.

Toilet clogged and I had to text for a plunger, staffing is limited at the hotel.

Great location with everything needed for dining, entertainment and travel agents close by. The host was very warm and welcoming, helping us with everything we needed and giving great recommendations. we wouldn’t have had nearly as good of an experience without these recommendations He gave us a free upgrade on arrival and made sure to open the doors at any hours to ensure security at the property.
