The place is close to night walking street and bus station.

If have elevator it would be great.

The staff were lovely and really helpful when requesting different things. The location is in district 1 about 10 minutes walk to most places.

The noise pollution from the outside can be a bit disturbing if you want a good night's sleep. We were able to hear everything from outside during all hours of the day and night. The room could do with a bit of an update too as in the bathroom the wallpaper is falling off and the shelves doesn't seem it could hold much up. The bed also fell apart, twice, during the last night's stay which we had to put back together again.

the hotel is after renovation, everything is new and nice, perfect location in the center but it was quiet in my room, bus station to other cities of Vietnam within walking distance, the hotel staff is very friendly and tries hard to help guests in everything, special thanks to Hanna for her care!

The room was so cool! The staff were really kind and accommodating! Very comfortable room with a lot of space, comfortable bed, big fridge, sink, wardrobe, projector… and much more!!!

The staff were super nice and helpful. Great location, but in a small alleyway, so it's little bit more quiet.

We had some problems with the hot water, but they found solutions for us.

The receptionist was so kind and was very helpful.

So close to all yhe activities and action easy peasy to get around and home. Value, but not very lux

Location, location, location

Staff was friendly and apologetic about things that weren’t good. Bed was comfortable and projector would be great if working. Location good.

Room was 5 floors up with no lift. We were unable to use the bath tub as there was no plug, our hot water didn’t work but was fixed next day. Projector did not work Netflix as it didn’t have the facility to do so even though it is advertised.

The hotel is not clean.there are not enough staff.no lift and behaviour of staff are very bad.the show big room in booking .com but they have small room

Nothing! Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else!

This hotel is awful! To put this in context, we completed nearly 4 weeks in Asia staying in different budget hotels/hostels every 2 to 3 nights with our family of 5 and this is the ONLY hotel I have nothing positive to say about! We had two rooms between our family and had requested an extra bed in one room for our son (as was offered in the listing) We had whatsapp messages in advance asking for exact time of arrival which I gave a half an hour window which was confirmed by the hotel. When we arrived we couldn't get in, no one answering door or phone. Eventually another guest let us in and we waited at reception for a while - when staff finally appeared we were told they had been having a shower (even though they knew we were coming!) They didn't have any change when I paid for room, promised to give it to me next day which they didn't, I had to request it on checkout. We were finally shown to our rooms which were awful, nothing like the clean modern pictures, open wires in shower, plastic garden door on toilet, nothing very clean. When we asked about our sons bed we were talked to very rudely saying it hadn't been done so he had no where to stay. Finally they appeared with a camping roll mat and said he would have to sleep on the floor! The stairs are very steep, the big metal door bangs very loudly all day and night, lots of people go in and out at around 4am all shouting right outside bedroom doors. I could go on forever but just avoid!
