Great location, somewhat noisy but also right on the corner of party street so to be expected. Staff were very helpful when asked about things. Beds were comfortable. Very entertaining if you get a front facing balcony, would advise couples not to get a massage across the street if you get my drift haha. Apart from being slightly noisy all in all great place to stay, we'd go back. Did get a bit worried about other posts on here but gave it a crack and really enjoyed it

No safe available in rooms

The location was great! Although we could heat music at night but it didn’t bother us too much. The staff are helpful. The bathroom did not have toilet paper though so you’ll need to bring your own but there is a 711 right next door which was convenient. There’s allot of food in the location as well and walking distance from shopping and the new train system.

The room did not have a refrigerator or TV so it’s okay if you plan to be out most of the time but just mainly coming back to sleep.

The location of this hotel is a double edged sword lol It’s good that it’s walking distance to many places BUT it is right beside bar street so you can imagine the noise at night (and very unfortunate our window was broken it couldn’t be fully closed so it was even noisier)

Noisy at night, need better soundproofing

Location is very good for the bustling life in the walking street (Bui Vien) area of HCMC. Staff all very helpful and attentive, and friendly. Hotel room very clean, and nicely appointed. There is noise at night from the surrounding clubs and bars, live music until around 2 am, but it is not too load at all in the rooms, and certainly didn’t stop us from sleeping well.

Not much to say

1. Its clean and you simply feel it every moment 2. The personel is Great! So helping and so nice! We had the pleasure to meet the owner as well and we loved to talk to him! 3. The position is incredible! Right in the middle of the party! No worries! You can sleep even with the crazy music outside! 4. The view at night! Waw! 5. There is a woman selling soup right in front of the hotel! She makes THE BEST SOUP EVER! Try it! 6. They have a beautiful cat in the lobby. Playfull and willing to be petted.

There is nothing that we didnt like!

it’s very central to the party scene in district 1. rooms were v clean. staff was vvv nice and helpful. lots of eateries at the doorstep of the hotel. safe neighborhood.

you could hear music all night inside the room if you’re on lower floors (i was on 2nd floor). i slept well though for i was exhausted each night. light sleepers be cautious. the bathroom does not have a full door, only a sliding door that’s open at the top. so you poo and your room is all fragrant. 🥲

The shower screen was too close to the toilet so I had to sit sideways. The bar at the end of the street has loud music until 4am which you can hear from the room so better sound insulation would have improved our ability to have a good night's sleep Could only turn on lights for half of the room

Sadly, I spent the bulk of my 2 day stay in the room sick. Thankfully, the room was extremely comfortable. I turned the air up, closed the curtains, and slept for the better part of the 2 days which greatly helped in recovery. The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was a bit noisy from the street since you’re so close to everything, but that’s not an issue for me.

Enjoyable stay thanks to the friendliness of the staff and the girl working in Reception in particular who was very helpful. Close to the action in Walking Street if that's what you like.

Close to Walking Street means it's quite noisy in the street outside all night. No fridge in the room which was expected. Had to ask for one and it came. No soap near the hand basin only shower gel in the shower.

It was perfecttttt! The location it’s awesome and actually it wasn’t so nosy as I expected maybe because of the good isolation. The rooms are modern, very clean. I actually had a 2 nights reservation and then I extended 3 more. The lady from cleaning and the people working at the reception are very very nice, friendly and helpful.
