The hotel is located at a very central and busy location, which is either a good or a bad thing depending on the type of stay, but loads of services nearby. The hotel is on the busiest bar street in the city but far enough from the actual bars that the sound is not that bad and the entrance is peaceful enough. We personally liked to the location since most of the landmarks and sights were nearby. The roofop bar is a lovely place to have breakfast, but for drinks etc. its rather expensive. The room was normal, with no major complaints. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fairly good.

We stayed on the seventh floor which is below the rooftop bar and the noice was quite disturbing during the night. Also, the room service was done a bit hastly as our trash was not emptied at all.

Nothing, but a note to some people a little noisy at night because you are situated on walking street but it didn't bother us , but maybe not to everyones taste if you like things quieter

The room was large with a big balcony overlooking the Walking Street. We had a beautiful view from our room of a tree and lanterns. The music from the street is loud through much of the night, but is all part of experiencing Ho Chi Minh. The top floors with the breakfast and bar area is lovely, with lots of lights and lanterns. The breakfast had a good amount of choice and was a pleasant place to dine.

Can't fault the room, really fresh and smart. Lovely balcony and fab en-suite. Roof top bar great. Breakfast choice unbelievably good. Staff lovely. Location ideal for those hoping to enjoy the full fun and madness of Walking Street night life.

It literally is on Walking Street! Great if you are giving it a good go. Maybe a bit too close to it all if you're wanting a quiet time.

On a very noisy street. Need to ask for quiet room without window to avoid loud music.

The location is really good, it is at the center of district 1 and around other businesses in the like restaurants and spas. It is also a quick distance to the malls for shopping. The staff are kind. The laundry service is very convenient and reasonable, they charge by the weight and not by the pieces. The breakfast has some few choices and the same desserts everyday but the price of nightly stay is cheap so I cannot really complain about this because they are still a much better buffet breakfast than what the hotels in the US offer for a more expensive rate.

The size of the room is very small for three people. The bathroom has a bath tub with a shower that is at the center and not at the end, with the shower head that cannot be adjusted, it is hand held only and the water is towards the shower curtain that is not water proof, letting the water pass through to the floor of the bath room 😑.

Great location near the walling street.

The windows are not sound proof. You can still hear noises coming from the street and the rooftop bar of the hotel. They do provide ear plugs though.

Staffs are amazing and willing to help if you ask something. Room is clean but not soundproofing. So, you might hear some noise from your neighbour rooms or from upstairs. Rooftop bar is amazing also. However, some staffs from the rooftop bar seems more welcoming to Western people than Asian people. Not sure they are not aware that everyone is spending their money there and no one is asking for free there 😔. I might be wrong but this is my personal experience during my stay there for 6 nights. Hope they will improve in the future. Others than that, the rest I would say awesome and the location is expctional. I would think to come back to the hotel and stay there again in my next trip also.

This was my 2nd time staying here and it was better than the first time. Great room (recommend one with a balcony), friendly staff and a great breakfast. It is just a bit outside of the Walking Street, which is nice, but do realize there will be noise from nearby bars/clubs. Numerous restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

While a great location, one should be aware of the noise from nearby clubs and bars. While this should be obvious for anyone booking this location, it should be noted. Nothing negative about the hotel.

The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. When I checked in, they clearly explained everything – from the services they offer to nearby places I could visit and activities to enjoy during my stay. They had a roof top garden, which was awesome. Room service was very good, and breakfast was included and ready early at 7.00 AM. The hotel is in a great location, especially on the same street as walking street. There are indian restaurants and pharmacy close by if we need anything. They let me keep the luggage there when I reached early before my check-in time, so I can go for my prebooked tour. I would recommend this hotel!
