I wanted a private room instead of hostel dorms for the first few days of my backpacking trip since I had long travel hours, was arriving late and would sleep late the next day. The room met my expectations. Staff were friendly and let me store my luggage on my final day after checking out. The room was air conditioned with a remote to adjust it as I wished. Toiletries and towels were also provided. Great location right by the walking street but also quiet - I heard nothing throughout the night

There were a few ants around. It didn’t bother me too much; think a common problem in Vietnam.

I arrived late and left early but the staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Their warm welcome and personal attention made a difficult trip relaxed and easy. The facilities are not fancy but for price and location it was excellent value.

The woman the own the hotel moved us to the hotel next to hers, and the day after we got to choose which hotel we stayed at and we chose to stay on the top floor of the same hotel. The view is really nice, and the room has a balcony around the whole room. We really liked it. When we checked out the owner let us leave the baggage for one day so we didn't have to carry, she did this for free.

It can be a bit noisy since it's close to partyplaces etc, but it didn't disturb us too much.

Koniko hotel was a lovely place, with a very comfortable bed and great facilities. It was in the most perfect location with under 1 minute to walking street, whilst not being able to hear any noise at night. The staff were lovely and helpful, 100% recommend for anyone staying in Saigon

The owner was very nice, very helpful and very friendly. I felt very good here. I checked out at 12 in the afternoon but I didn't yet pack, she said there's no rush and eventhogh it took me about an hour to do so! Great

Everything was quite good for the price, so there are no complaints.

Friendly contact with hotel staff. Basic clean room and bathroom. With window to the courtyard. Quiet but in the tourist hot spot. Laundry in 4 hours until 11 pm.

As I checked in, 3 rats were chasing each other next to the hotel entrance. Seems to be quite common in that neighbourhood (or in general in Ho Chi Minh City)

The location of the hotel is perfect, all the entertainments are in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are clean, no insects. Laundry there also makes your stay much more comfortable. The staff is helpful and benevolent. A perfect place for spending a week or two in Saigon.

Very good location. You can reach the central market, Saigon center, Bitex co or other attractions on foot. Only 50 m from 23. september park.

Only because im a constant smoker i found walking up the 4 flights a little hard. I'd suggest informing them before arrival if you struggle
