No hesitation to give The White House a 10. Our stay exceeded our expectations on every level. Great communication with Tai before we arrived, and then he was delightful and super helpful while we stayed. His map was very useful and he helped with getting about and onward travel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom. The location was good, easy to get about, but tucked down a side street, so not too noisy. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Great value too. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and well lit, although there was no view and not much natural light. Plenty of places nearby to sit outside and people watch though. Location couldn't be better. Just off walking street... but noise from bars couldnt be heard... very quiet. Tai (Staff member) was super helpful. He went above and beyond. He alone makes this hotel worth the stay!

Well, lets make it short. This place is a GEM ! And Host Tai is a LEGEND ! Love everything here. Superb place, very comfy huge bed, spotlessly clean. Tai made us feel home.

The room was always kept very clean. The location is excellent. Close to lots of entertainment, but quiet. I have to say that Tai at the front desk was fantastic. He helped me multiple times especially with arranging my bus to Nha Trang. He was always willing to give advice and make sure my stay was everything I wanted.

The brilliant location adjacent to Bui Vien, Pham Ngu Lao and Ben Thanh which is central to all the attractions and amenities in Saigon district 1, and yet the rooms are still very quiet so there's no ambient noise from the street parties outside. I arrived via bus from Phnom Penh and all of the coach companies have offices on the next street so this is a great option for those travellers coming from Cambodia who want a quick transfer to the hotel on arrival. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great value for money!

Nothing, my stay at the White Guest House exceeded my expectations :)

Words are not enough to express how grateful I was for the staff at the White House. From recommending great food /drinks to good deals on money exchange they were all top drawer. I had troubles with my bags at the airport Thai and his colleagues went out their way to help me during my stay. He even gave me his number so I could call him if I had any issues in the future for my stay in Vietnam. The service and friendliness of everyone at The White House set the bar for the rest of my trip in Vietnam. I cannot recommend the Hotel enough.

No lift unfortunately.

Great central location, could walk most highlights within 30 minutes walk. Our host was very welcoming and informative, giving us advice on bartering and where to eat and drink nearby after we checked in. He also helped carry out bags up to our room. The room was small but cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning worked. We had a fridge which kept our drinks nice and cold. We were given a cold bottle of water on arrival which was very much appreciated. Would recommend this stay for solo or couple travellers visiting HCM city and doing lots during the day.

Have to walk up stairs to each floor, no lift - but good for fitness!

Room, towel, and bedsheets are clean. Shampoo, shower gel and disposable tooth brush are provided. Aircon is quiet and cold. You have to leave your shoes at level 1. I guess this is to keep the hotel clean. Upon arrival and throughout the whole stay, staff is helpful with the luggage with friendly greetings. Staff provides a map showing the eatery and attractions around the area which is very useful if you are visiting HCMC for the first time! Thank you.

As it is near bui vien street, do expect some music at late night hours. It is acceptable for me and doesn't affect my sleep.

The room looked as pictured. It's super clean. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed flying to Ho Chi Minh, and because I did not check into the hotel by the time that I informed the staff that I would, the staff reached out to me to make sure that I was OK. They are very kind! The hotel is located in the city center. I could walk for 25 minutes to the War Remnants Museum. It is also a 27 minute drive from the airport. I would highly recommend. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so if you have limited mobility, then it's not for you.
