The location of the Hotel was perfect. It's centrally located in District 1. The Pub Street, Ben Thanh Market, and Bitexo Financial Tower were very close to the Hotel. Also, there are a lot of restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The Hotel offers a lift to the upper floors, however, there's a small staircase to the Hotel which you need to have in mind if you are traveling with big luggage. The room was overall decent size with a comfortable bed. The staff members were also very friendly and helped with carrying the luggage and reserving the taxi for airport transfer.

The toilet, omg it was in extremely poor condition. There was a constant water leak from the roof and the taps. I couldn't leave any food outside, as there was an army of ants everywhere on the floor. Also, since there were no windows, there was a very moldy smell in the room which can make you sick.

Second stay here at this hotel- staff helpful & welcoming, allow luggage store for early/late check out, close to all you need, 5min walk to main drinking lively area, tours & trips easily booked outside front of hotel - great area, rooms clean and have all you need, kettle, toiletries,fridge etc - would definitely recommend & would stay again on our next visit to Saigon

Back of walking st so a little quieter, don't expect the ritz, basic accommodation at basic prices. Hot shower & strong WiFi, Bue Vien st is 2 min walk. Staff are friendly & will help you out. You're in Hcm so expect to pay a little more. Room was basic & reminded me of old town Jerusalem back in the day, worth £11 a night for a solo traveller.

Spentb2 nights, Great location! close to walking street, food places, travel & tour places, does massage, staff Extremely helpful, allowed us to leave luggage before check in & after as we had nightbus day checked out, staff polite & friendly - rooms a little tired but reasonably comfortable, good hot shower, fridge in room , had all we needed

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! Kiet was an exceptional staff member - super friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The spa experience was truly rejuvenating. Without a doubt, we would love to return

Rooms were a little dated, pillows might need to be replaced as they were a little stained, but the staff were so beautiful, the room was lovely and cool - a must have in Saigon! The location was perfect and the staff were beyond amazing! Would definitely return! Thank you for having us!
