I like that the property is accessible, so Grab pickup is hassle-free. The staff is also friendly and very accommodating. They also respond immediately whenever we have questions. You can also visit the rooftop where you can see the city lights, and in the rooftop also you can use utensils, microwave, induction stove, and rice cooker. You can also get free noodles and coffee. In the first floor there is a restaurant, so during my time when it was raining, it was not a challenge for us to have dinner because food downstairs is affordable also.

Not a big issue but there is no elevator here in case people are looking for an elevator. My room is in 402 so I have to use stairs to go up and down. Again not a big issue because it also helps me to burn all the fats I earned when eating outside haha. Note that the staff offered us nicely to move to a different unit to a lower level but we did not agree because we still prefer to go up and down as an exercise

There is no reception as there is a restaurant at the bottom of the stairs when you walk in. We found it very difficult to keep in contact with staff throughout our stay. We were asked to pay on WhatsApp several times. But, everytime when we went down to pay there were no staff there working for the hotel. I then told the staff on WhatsApp that I will pay at 12pm on checkout day which they replied ok to. 9:30am that morning they knocked on our hotel room door asking us to pay. I found this very frustrating as we had tried to pay several times before but communication was very difficult. There was also a cockroach in our bathroom when we first arrived. Also there is no lift, only stairs so not great for this who have accessibility issues.

The bed was very comfortable, the location perfect, the room was cute and the staff (1) was helpful besides the language difference and readily used google translate to communicate.

I just wished there were someone at the facility more often so that i could request the replenishment of amenities like water, coffee sachets and towels after few days. In all fairness, I have to say that the single staff was available through WhatsApp but I felt uneasy to disturb him for my non essential needs.

Stayed in three different rooms because of the availability. The apartment on top is nice but pretty small. The balcony room has no balcony but big windows. The two bed room have no day light windows and you will hear noise from the restaurant. All rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall a very flexible host who answered my calls, called back and arranged rooms for us. We also left our luggage here for 10 days which was very nice!

Perfectly located in Ho Chi Minh City, this penthouse allows you to reach almost any destination by walking. The space is comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. The terrace is fantastic, offering a great spot to relax (be aware, you'll need to reach the fifth floor by steps). We really loved the style of the 'Friends' series! The restaurant downstairs serves delicious western cuisine.

Hotel is located in the city centre, walkable distance to most attractions. There is market nearby to get fresh produce. Also there are a lot of convenience stores around, as well as coffee shops and restaurants.

There is no elevator, so I wouldn’t recommend this place for people with mobility issues, cause you’ll have to climb spiral staircases all the time.

The airline lost my luggage and the staff on site was super helpful with being a point of contact. This was incredibly helpful with the language barrier. The location was tucked away from the busy streets, but remained in a great location of District 1. This was great adjusting to the jet lag!

Good location (quiet street) and comfortable room. It’s also possible to do laundry by yourself in the night for free. They offer also coffee and noodles

The internet sometimes was not so fast, and the staff could speak a little bit more English but nothing more! We stayed two more days so we enjoyed the hotel !

Definitely loved the location. Everything is almost accessible on foot. Tour agencies, bus agencies, bus station. And if you needed to go far, Grab is there. Rooftop is nice. And the staff is nice!

Since bottom floor is a restaurant, it can be quite loud at night until closing time. ;)
