Nice hostel less than a 5 min walk to the strip and buses. Walking distance to markets and centre. Small dorm rooms however very nice, bunk had a plug, light, hooks and a curtain. You also get a locker with a key and a small towel. Free breakfast was fantastic you can choose from eggs, noodles or rice and you also get fruit and a coffee or juice. 1 free beer each night during happy hour. You can book day trips, buses, laundry with the hostel. Staff were so nice and spoke English and even made us an egg sandwich to go for breakfast as we had to leave early for the bus. Great value for money, would stay again!

Overall, the hostel was a great stay. It is located in district 1 where all the main attractions are and right around the corner from Bui Vien Street. There are lots of options for food and drinks all around the location. There is a local food market next to the hostel which had very cheap and yummy food. The rooftop bar is a nice and chill place to hang out. It is not a party hostel, however it is easy to socialise and meet others if that is what you are looking for. Fantastic breakfast with the choice of eggs and baguette or egg and fried noodles. Also came with passionfruit, pineapple, a banana and choice of coffee, water or juice. Staff were friendly and check in process was easy. They seem to be happy to check you in as soon as the room is ready instead of making everyone wait until exactly 2/3pm which is great. Recommend!

Shower/bathroom spelt like sewerage and mattresses super hard. Only beer sold at the rooftop bar, would be great if there was also mixers for those who don't drink beer.

Perfect location, close to the main attraction (especially the street bars), but not noisy. Staff very helpful and supportive to organize tour (Mekong delta, war museum, etc…). Fast internet, good breakfast, free beer every day, nice but small rooftop. Private room very comfortable and spacious, very good ratio Price/Quality

Not that I don’t like it, but it would have been even better if there were ground-level rooms suited for seniors—especially when traveling with older adults, not just backpackers.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh city, the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly and welcoming even before I left Thailand to come here. After the visa trouble I had, they understood and helped myself and my wife to make our stay very welcoming. The breakfast was very tasty and super healthy with the nicest ice coffee I have had in my life. The value for money was also incredible for the level of service and cleanliness makes this place better than a lot of places in Europe. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Ho Chi Minh. I just wish I had more time

Amazing staff, so friendly and hospitable. Great atmosphere at the bar, good place to meet fellow travelers. Location is really good, around the corner from the main walking streets. Lot of good food options in the area as well.

The room we booked happened to be upstairs and next door to the chicken coop, so the rooster was quite loud in the morning. However not problem if you have ear plugs as we did.

when we got there staff said we had to change rooms the next day so had to leave bags downstairs, we booked double room and didn’t realise was on same floor as rooftop bar, however we asked to move the next night and this was catered for. staff were super welcoming and helpful. breakfast was great and location is perfect! just be aware if you book room with patio there is no patio and is on the top floor next to load bar. otherwise place and staff is brilliant!

I had a quick stop there for the night. $7 for a dorm bed and free breakfast with fruit and fantastic Vietnamese coffee - incredible deal :) Only a few steps to Bui Vien walking street, ATMs, convenience stores, bus stops,... it's impossible to get lost when you're in the area ;) Friendly and helpful staff speaking exceptional English and really care for the needs of their guests

Shampoo, bath gel, toilet paper,... some little things in dorm room were not very well-cared, looked like guests brought their own stuff there. In case you're a long term traveller running out of small items but can't live without them, you should be prepared :)

I loved here everything! The bed was so big, The room clean with good AC, it has nice decorations, amazing rooftop where you meet so many people & friendly bartender. Free breakfast, coffee and water! The staff is so kind and will make sure that you feel good and comfortable. location is just perfect. I had to wait Long for my flight so they even offer me bed for free to rest and relax. one of The best hostel I have ever been!

This is a solid backpacker hostel. Great rooftop bar, easy to meet people, good location. There's free breakfast as well and the staff is very nice. Bonus if you like cats; they have a beautiful one that hangs out in the lobby.

The hostel is a bit cramped when there's a lot of people staying here., and the dorm rooms are small, not a deal breaker though.
