Our flight was delayed, I have contacted the hotel for a late check-in and they quickly replied to messages, allowing late check-in with a warm welcome. The manager Beny was very helpful booking us day trips around, and made us a pleasant staying by providing useful information to navigate Saigon. The location is convenient to Bui Vien Walking Street (nightlife) and also close to the city centre. Loads of restaurants and pubs nearby withing seconds. In simple terms, name it and you'll have it, just ask the staff. I was previously visiting Saigon, and i will return to this hotel, if that's the case.

Our stay at The Alley Saigon hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, making it easy to walk to different tourist spots. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Everything about our stay was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the city!

Vietnam-The old trees, the old people, and the little kids. Vietnam is the only country where all the citizens are part of the family. Get away from Walking Street and explore Saigon and all its riches. From the ALLEY SAIGON HOTEL, next to Walking Street, and really, it's a part of, across the street is the Dori Hotel and hostel. They serve the most delicious ☕️. Next to it, and short down an alley, is a vegetarian restaurant with the best vegetarian meals I have ever had. From the ALLEY SAIGON HOTEL, up the alley, in the other direction, I would leave and have coffee and eat in the other alleyways. There are good juice stands and higher class restaurants. The manager at the ALLEY is the most excellent man to get you the lowest cost taxi, help you with your tours, etc. The hotel also offers very great tours. The staff at the ALLEY were excellent. The rooms are what you pay for and come in a variety of accommodations.

The tourists can be noisy, and it's great to escape into Ho Chi Minh City.

Great location, really close to night life yet tucked away on a nice quiet street which was ideal. Staff were extremely friendly they let us leave our suitcases in reception until check in time while we went off on a tour and when we returned one friendly staff member had brought our bags up to our room for us and booked us a taxi to the airport on our way home which we really valued. Other than that fine for a night or 2 if on a budget. Aircon was great!

Room was only okay could use upgrade and there is not much room in the bathroom with a grimy sliding door. No smart tv only cable. No lifts so meant climbing steep stairs. No social atmosphere and very quiet.

The main block surrounding the hotel is brilliant. Apart from the sightseeing bus tour, we never left the block. We only stayed 2 days and that was probably enough - it was pretty hectic. The floors were meticulously cleaned and the staff were great.

This works both ways the address is well off the main streets. That meant is was shielded from the traffic noise, but also tricky for tour pickups.

I love that the hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s so close to the restaurants and the walking street. Benny and Quyen were very helpful. It’s really good for its price point.

Only downside is its lack of an elevator. No worries with your luggage though as they’ll help you bring it up and down the stairs. But since I was traveling with elderly, that one was their concern but putting that aside, we loved our stay in Alley Saigon Hotel.

Property management were very helpful, complimentary drink on arrival was very very nice and took our bags to the room for us. Our room (triple room) was spacious and very comfortable. The location was great, right next to Bien Vien walking street but but far away enough that we were not disturbed by the noise. Air con worked well. The only thing is that the shower always seemed a little cold, but that’s not a bad thing after a long sticky day in the sun!

Overall, the room, staff, and facilities are top notch! Very clean, comfy, and well equipped! Also located in a popping area with much to do and see!

As someone who already has a difficult time sleeping, it was especially hard for me here. This hotel is located smack dab in the center of a popular nightlife/party area, so be prepared for noise all throughout the night. However, this does make it immensely convenient to find drink, food, dancing, socializing, etc. so you have to decide what is more important to you; good sleep or a good time

The people here were lovely and friendly. I felt like I was coming home at the end of the day. The young man at the counter was very kind. He took me on my first motorbike ride so that I wouldn't get lost trying to find my way to a cafe on the other side of town. He also spoke very good english. First time travelling alone and first time in Vietnam, this was a great place to land.

Benny on reception , such a friendly and honest guy, The lady cooking breakfast was also fantastic, and the breakfast 😋!!!! Yum!! In my opinion, they make this hotel great and I hope their boss appreciates it ! All of the hotel nice and clean and fresh. Most importantly, no noise from the "walking street" !! Spot on !!
