This place is a gem, excellent value for money and in a fantastic location, very close to Bui Vien Street, but not loud at all. Check-in was incredibly easy and flexible. The room itself was very clean (an odd hair in the shower though) and aircon and Netflix all worked very well. I enjoyed coming back to my room considering the heat of Ho Chi Minh and how close it was to food places, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

1- The location is very good. Very close to the Bui vien walking street and all the famous places of ho chi min city. 2- The price is very reasonable. 3- The building have lift so it is easy to stay at whatever floor it is. 4- Room was very clean and have a LED which have netflix, youtube premium and amazon prime free of cost. 5- Bed was very comfortable. 6- Staff was very friendly. My chechout time was 12pm but my flight was at late at night so I requested the staff to let me checkout late and they allowed it for a very less price. 7- have hot shower facility.

The shower pressure is very low.So, it takes a lot of time to take a bath.

it's a good location in one of the many small alleyways in District 1. The owner was very accommodating and even had some laundry done for me for no charge. Bed linens were good quality. It was very quiet about 90-95% of the time during my 1 week there. Tons of restaurants and bars within short walking distance.

The mattress and pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, the room was a little bit small and there was no window.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, offering easy access to popular attractions in Saigon. Despite its central location, it’s nestled in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful and quiet night’s sleep. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. While there is a short walk from the street to the hotel, it remains easily accessible by scooter. The manager’s hospitality truly exceeded all expectations, providing an exceptional level of service. Air conditioner worked very well and saved us from the Ho Chi Minh heat :)

102 House is a lovely place to stay, close to all amenities, good shopping malls and markets, bars and restaurants, local tourist attractions, good street food on hand. 102 rooms are light and airy, good air con, extremely clean, excellent Wi-Fi, all in all a very good experience, I've had such a fab time here (6 weeks stay) would definitely return, many thanks to the host 😃

Nothing to dislike

It was probably the best place we stayed in on our 4 week trip in Vietnam. Clean, very quiet, spacious with good facilities in the room and big comfortable beds. The owner took our laundry to a good & cheap place in the alley . It's very close to the walking street but you're not in the hustle and bustle. And most of all, it was completely value for money.

Spacious room with various lights and a large fridge. Large windows, blackout curtains and shower heated up quickly. Excellent staff, on hand all the time to provide free water and let us leave our bags and use the shower in the evening after we’d checked out. Great location away from main street but very close to 7/11 and many food places.

Nothing - a real hidden gem!

Its clean, which is important. What you get for your money is very very good! The man there is nice, I think he's the owner but not sure :)

Obviously its a small room but I didnt expect more then that and the bed was pretty hard but other then that its an amazing stay!

It is close to most attractions. The hotel is just renovated, maybe, because it seems like everything is almost new. And it's clean. The owner is friendly and kind, letting me pay after. There's also a small elevator for 2 persons with luggages. It's enough. I absolutely think it is the best value for the money!! I would come here again for sure.

The room was very clean (the cleanest I encountered in Vietnam) and the facilities were modern. The photos do not give justice to the room. Most hotel photos show filtered and not true pictures and this room looks much better than the photos.

I was happy with everything and the host who took in a last minute booking from me. The only thing is that the room does not have a window which I knew when I booked so was happy with that for 1 night. I am not sure I could stay for multiple nights.
