Great location. The room was comfortable. They serve you breakfast in the morning, which is nice, but remember to put your "do not disturb" sign on if you don't want to be woken up early. The staff was very lovely and helpful.

The building is quite old so the room showed obvious signs of wear and tear. You could hear the traffic on the streets a little bit during the day, but it didn't annoy me. The air conditioner was a little bit louder than I would like.

The room was nice and clean. A nice big TV to enjoy all your Netflix episodes. The bathroom was nice and clean. Hot shower was there. Proper amenities were provided. The room had a good artistic touch and a nice touch screen mirror light. The cleaning lady was nice and so as the evening reception boy. The hotel is located in a busy alley of distirct 1 and walking distance to Bui Vien street. The bed was comfortable to sleep. The internet WiFi was good. Solo traveller from India here.

The aircon was not working properly and was making a lot of noise. Basically, it was defective and the air swing of the AirCon was not working. Something, which needs to be works on. I did find the towels not to be clean and it appeared to be stained. Would be nice if this hotel can invest in buying some nice white spotless towels. Finally, I did not find the morning reception guy to be friendly when I checked in. He seemed rude and was also singing around when I checked out of the hotel. Maybe, he is having some split personality issues. I got a bit scared with that and seemed weird. Rest all good!

The location is near a few of HCMC's attractions. Busy road but no loud noise arises. Night walk to go back to the hotel from (Nguyen Walking Street, Apartment Cafe, Ben Than Market, Malaysia Street, etc.) During the day, we simply ride Grab to the attractions (hot weather).

Suggestion: to provide small wardrobe for clothes and slipper for bathroom.

Great location, close to Bui Vien Street (for those who are interested), but much quieter and not so noisy. My room was exactly as in the photo. With new(!!) bathtub and sex coach ;) Close to cafes and stores. 20min by foot to the center. Allowed to bring "guests" (with ID), if you know what I mean. Working elevator. Friendly manager (or owner), who really helps with any request.

Not a problems, but something you should be aware of. Having a bathtub and sex coach makes the room a little cramped, not so many free space. But it depends on what is important for you :) Only have a few hangers instead of a wardrobe, but I don't understand where to put a full-size wardrobe. Just be aware. As was already mentioned by other reviewers not possible (at least in my room) to manage the strength of the A/C flow. Also, the A/C is located in such a way, that flow partially falls to the bed. I got a sore throat after a couple of nights with A/C.

Staff is super friendly. Shops around hotel. Small breakfast served in the room at 0800am. Central in Dicstrict 1. Stayed 4night Large Double with huge window and huge bath.

Great location, close to city center but not terribly busy. Windows blocked most of sunlight and noise. Bathtub is in the room (there is a separate bathroom with toilet and shower though) probably for those who need it. Wifi is great for work, Netflix and Youtube are available on a Smart TV.

Lacked some room service (food) and breakfast, but overall it tis ok with every second house on the street being cafe or a restaurant. No soap, only shower gel.

The place is very close to all kinds of Vietnamese local food spots, within walking distance to the famous Bui Viện Walking Street, and surrounded by coffee shops like Coffee Bean.

Everything was okay but you can see that some things are old or already used long long time. One day you have to fix it - bathroom But you can enjoy your stay there :)

I really liked the location, friendly staff, we got a small room, but it was cozy. the street with the market was a little embarrassing, there was a lot of garbage and it smelled unpleasant, but we learned how to get around it 😄

we did not have enough space for things, it would be convenient if the room had a wardrobe or a shelf for clothes
