The hotel seems to be new, the rooms are modern, and the staff has been fantastic and helpful, especially the siblings- Bryan and Queeny! Send them Hi!

Make sure you ask for a room with a window, because some rooms, despite their photos on the website, have no windows, so better ask for one. However, those with windows might face the highway and the bridge, which can get a bit noisy. It really depends on what your preferences are. Another issue is the location- Indeed it's District 1- but it's in the middle of the market, where it gets very trashy and smelly, and not a place to walk alone at night. not that it is a dangerous neighborhood, but just a general feeling. i mostly commuted with Grab, even if it was a 10 minutes walk.

Probably the cleanest room we have had in all of our stays in South East Asia. We extended our stay for several nights. The furniture is quite new, modern and in good condition. The bed, all the towels and the room as well as the bathroom were super tidy and clean. Smart TV has YouTube and other streaming options, the AC is state of the art. The room also had a small fridge, coffee machine, water boiler. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! :) The hotel has two washing machines and two dryers which can be used for free! Washing takes 15 or 40 minutes, drying about 40 minutes. This was super comfortable and a cost saver!

The street the hotel is located in is quite messy, but once you’ve gotten used to it, it becomes navigable.

Little bit of noise when someone walks in the lobby

So clean, new hotel, nice beds. The doorman is lovely (always hailing down grab, opening and closing car doors, helping with luggage) and reception staff were very friendly and helpful especially Hinlary!

The location is terrible. Not good if you like to be able to go for walks around your hotel because there’s nothing around for tourists. It’s on a very busy road with lots of traffic so it’s noisy. I had city view room which overlooked the busy road so if noise is an issue for you then don’t get city view room.

The hotel is simply excellent, located in the very center, close to all interesting sights. The rooms are freshly renovated, excellent hot water pressure, comfortable beds. The design of the rooms is pleasant and quite stylish. Very clean and quiet. Check-in took place was at night, everything was great! Big thanks to the hotel staff, very nice and good-natured people, ready to help in any situation. Check-in was very quick and without any problems! Special thanks to Queenie and Helen, they are just sweethearts ♥️

I loved that the hotel was new, had a welcoming reception ( wet towels and cold tea) and friendly staff. The room was very modern, fairly new and very clean! It had an espresso machine with capsules and tea/ hot water facilities. The bathroom is modern with large shower heads. The room was not very large but spacious enough for 2 people. The beds were so comfortable with 2 sizes of pillows each and and mattress topping! It felt so good getting a good restful sleep. The receptionist Peachy was very helpful and friendly and went out of her way to find a certain peanut sweet we had in Phan Thiet and could not find in Saigon. We paid only a few dollars more than in other places in Saigon, but it is much more comfortable and very clean. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and was glad we found it on our last day in Vietnam and we will come back for sure at our next visit.

I cannot think of anything… some people might not like that the houses left and right are older, but once you enter the hotel, you are in a different world- it’s fantastic.

I was very pleasant to stay at the hotel. They welcome u with a smile, very helpful and very nice. This hotel is very clean. U have everything that you need. They have a wash room, there u can wash your clothes yourself for free. The location for me was super, nearly to the Ben Thanh market and central. Special thanks to Mrs Hien and Mr Luan for the answers to my questions and my needs. I already booked the hotel again and come back in one week 🙃

Location: Very near to supermarkets,coffeeshops and not secluded. Wifi : Good Enough as there is little breakdown in connection Environment : Peaceful,calm and Nice lighting Facilities : Room have Dulce Gosto coffeemaker.Very Nice,seldom i experience hotel having such coffee maker.Reception Helen helped show me how to operate the machine.Reception Brian helped a a smooth check out experience. Big room with floor to ceiling windows and an open outlook so very well lit. Modern, very new build with big comfy bed. Staff were lovely and helpful. The location is outstanding as the 'walking' street is about 6 mins away. It is an older run down area but is absolutely jumping with fruit stalls and shops and a hundred other stalls/shops selling things beyond my comprehension. And, AND it is a very busy and safe area. We will return!

Didn't bother us but it can be a bit noisy as shops/stalls open around 4.30 and traffic starts to build up after 5 ish. Was ok on fifth level but could be annoying lower down.

It was exceptional service from the moment we arrived, the lovely receptionist prepared a hot towel and a welcome drink to have while we checked in. Room was clean and comfy, and surprisingly there was no noise from the streets as it’s a busy area. The hotel is within walking distance to everywhere. Also there is a laundry room that has a washing machine, dryer, iron and steamer which was so helpful as we are backpacking.
