Beautiful property. Was upgraded to a three bedroom apartment. Unnecessary for a solo traveller. But felt luxurious for the night. Swimming pool located on 7th floor has a great view of the city below. Great communication with the owners who assist you with checking in and going to the pool. Aircon blasting to help with the Vietnam heat! Great view from the bedroom. Left the curtains up so I could see and hear the hustle below! Location is alright, but it doesn’t matter considering how cheap and affordable grab scooters and/or taxis are. Too hot to walk anywhere anyway, and “when in Rome”, take a grab scooter!!! So fun!!

I had a wonderful experience in Vietnam, and the host was truly friendly. It's been a while since I visited this country, and I'm really satisfied with my stay here. The security staff were all very enthusiastic and friendly. The location of the accommodation is really good. Just crossing a bridge, you can easily get to Ben Thanh Market, a famous tourist spot in the city. I used Grab service throughout my stay and found it very convenient. It's not only cheaper than taxis but also helps me avoid having to communicate with drivers in Vietnamese. In particular, I arrived 2 hours earlier than the scheduled check-in time. However, the staff assisted us in checking in early smoothly, and everything went perfectly from start to finish

Location was great, right next to a 7 eleven, pharmacy and nice places to grab breakfast. The pool was great and very clean. Overall we had a good stay. The host helped us with booking a tour and giving recommendations in the local area. He also asked us if we wanted to have the room cleaned on 2 occasions during our 1 week stay which was nice. The room came with 2 huge water bottles (18l I think) which was super useful and meant we never had to buy bottled water. The host was very responsive when we asked about booking a tour last minute to the cu chi tunnels, and when we needed bin bags, toilet paper etc restocked he got this sorted very quickly which was great.

The photographs of the rooms have plants and rugs that were not in the room when we got there so it looked a lot more bare. The furniture was a bit outdated compared to the photos e.g the doors on the wardrobe were squeaky and difficult to open and close, some stains on furniture. However for the price, I felt it was still good value for money and I would stay here again.

The host was amazing. We didn’t land until 9pm and didn’t check in until 10pm. He met us at the door and helped us get to the room. The view was nice, the room was good for the price. The location was good, close to the 7 eleven and some restaurants. Easy for grabs to collect you in the pick up area. There was a washing machine and washing powder so we could do washing which was very helpful.

Spacious 3 bed apartment in good location. Really easy to get a super cheap Grab to all major tourist sites or walk to Ben Tranh in 20 mins. Good communication before and on arrival. Pool is nice. Convenience stores (7-11 etc) on ground floor. Price is good.

It’s a bit tired. Needs painting - walls were scruffy. You can tell it used to be a home but converted for tourism use (eg space on wall in bedroom where TV used to be inc wires hanging out). Beds were very hard and not great linen (didn’t look like photos).

There's also a kids place around the corner which we didn't check out but looks really nice. In the apartment, there are instructions to rent motorbikes and what not and tips to be safe around the city, very helpful.

Convenient location just outside of District 1 with street food within walking distance. The Seven 11 downstairs is handy for some food and beers. They do their own little version of Bahn me which was nice for breakfast! The pool on the 7th floor was nice too. Beds were firm and comfortable. The host Bryan booked us a tour and he was very helpful and accommodating in answering our questions about everything from the weather, where to eat and good restaurants to visit. Also a 20l bottle of drinking water was provided. Was a great experience for us being our first time in Vietnam.

Just maybe prefer a smaller flat pillow but no big deal

This property surprised me! The staff were great at contacting me and check in was very smooth. What I like about this property is that no one mentioned the street of local shops right around the corner where you can get many Vietnamese dishes for cheap (although some of the shop owners don’t speak much English). It’s a very nice contrast compared to the 7-11 and WinMart downstairs. The Main Street around is also bustling. I almost regretted staying in D4 but it’s a quick scooter ride into D1

Great location, easy checkin and comfortable room with aircon. Water, washing machine including washing powder and toiletries provided. Staff are also easily available to answer questions.

The photos are not how the property is currently dressed but I still think the room is adequate and good value for the location.
