Just for clarity this isn't a hotel, it is a large serviced apartment building. I think this means that each flat available through booking.com will be hosted by a different person. The host we had was absolutely brilliant. Provided clear information for our arrival, provided us with free water (an excellent touch), helped us to book tours and gave us excellent recommendations for food. The room we had was a studio apartment and looked very similar to photo number 18. The room was big enough, with a fridge and cooking facilities. Basic toiletries and towels were provided. The location of this hotel was excellent, walking distance to most of the main attractions within district 1, without the extra price. There is a laundry service advertised in the entrance to the apartment, that is excellent value for money - with great service.

This is a big apartment building, with a very small pool and approximately 10 sun loungers. If you are booking this hotel for the pool I would highly recommend looking elsewhere, the views are nice but nothing special, it was busy with children on the two occasions we went up to cool off. Also the pool is between the two columns of this apartment building, so although it is a rooftop you only have views of one side really. Just something to be aware of.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Extremely beautiful apartments and located close to most tourist attractions. The best part - Seven Eleven is right under the building! The hosts were also super helpful. One of our friends had injured himself during the trip but the hosts guided us to the nearest hospital and helped us navigate the medical system as foreign travellers. I would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was more than comfortable enough for the duration of our stay and had basically all of the facilities we needed including good aircon, kitchen facilities and washer and dryer. Location was good, only 1km or so to District 1 and getting taxis/grab cars was super easy and very quick. Host met us at the building to hand over keys and was very accommodating. Can recommend!

Sounds ridiculous but would have loved a toaster :) The shower head would not stay up but was quite manageable and we didn't bother to complain about it. Next time we would likely stay closer to the city centre but that's just due to our age etc and not wanting to walk too far in the extreme heat in Vietnam and we would be closer to the main restuarants and bars etc.

Spacious. With everything we needed for a short stay. It was great to have both a sofa and a table and chairs. The owner was easy to comment with. Great coffee shop close by. Plenty of supermarkets. Lots of places you eat and drink in the close locality. Easy to use Grab cars and bikes

Was a little further out ftom the main attractions than we expected. It's a challenge to walk anywhere in HCMC and thus location is no exception. The traffic is dense!

Bryan our host was very helpful, I had accidently booked a studio (my fault) which was too small for our family. Bryan was able to organize a larger 1 bedroom apartment for us in the adjacent building which we moved into which was great. Good amount of space to spread out, washing machine worked great. Location of apartments really good, out of hustle and bustle of district 1 yet still close enough that it is a quick commute.

Clean, modern, comfortable apartment with everything you need - even a washing machine with washing powder! There are shops and basic restaurants nearby which is also handy. Comms with host was easy and he gave us plenty of information about what to do and where to eat. All in all a perfect place for a short stay in Saigon.

It wasn’t really a problem for us, but it’s a good 15/20 min walk into district 1 area - not always an easy task in a big city in Vietnam!

Clean , well equipped as described , loved the pool and outdoor space on 7th floor ( we had a studio on 12th floor) good communication from the owner Brian and great to have air conditioning as it was very hot during our stay.A 15-20 min walk from District 1 but we didn’t mind the walk also used Grab cars back in the evening which were very reasonable.

Amazing experience in this hotel residence appartment. The location of the hotel is perfect, it is quite near the city center. Furthermore, there is a 7 Eleven and nice restaurants around the hotel. I was in a 15th floor and the views to the city from the appartment was excellent. Beautiful views to see the sunset. The room appartment was big, clean and comfortable. It had washing machine, iron, unlimited mineral water, very comfortable bed and internet in the room worked perfectly. The swimming pool was algo big, clean and not too crowded all the time. The host Bryan was also excellent, really helpful and very kind. I will surely repeat when I come back to Ho Chi Minh next time.
