I had a great time staying here, though the elevator was out of service for a few hours. Besides that, everything was excellent. The host stayed in touch regularly and helped me find vegetarian food nearby. The apartment was exactly like the photos. I liked the natural light and quiet surroundings. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had what I needed, and the bathroom was spotless. I even found a nearby yoga studio! Great choice if you want both comfort and a good location.

A very friendly hostess met us, explained everything. The apartment has a beautiful view of the city. You can dry your clothes on the balcony. There is also a washing machine. There was soap, shampoo and shower gel, towels. There are all the utensils to cook. Right in the entrance there are 3 convenience stores. And a cafe. Everything is clean.

Only the cabinets smelled bad. Probably the cabinets are made of such material. But we just didn't open them.

Very spacious and very clean. Great pool for all ages. Hosts were accommodating (we arrived late at night) and easy to contact throughout the stay. Location far enough from district 1 made it more affordable but still lots of eating, cafes etc very very close. Easy Grab ride to all tourist attractions.

Pool closed for cleaning on Mondays. Very noisy karaoke & other street noise even at 22nd storey - bring your earphones.

I stayed here alone for 3 nights and felt completely safe and relaxed. The apartment was spotless and had a kind of quiet elegance. I just stayed in one day, cooked a meal, did some laundry, and watched Vietnamese YouTube. It was exactly the reset I needed. The host left some tea in the cabinet, which was a sweet surprise. The building was secure, and there was a mini-mart nearby for snacks. Everything I wanted was within walking distance.

The host is very friendly... although I encountered a few minor issues, the staff responded immediately and helped me resolve them... I appreciate that the host still remembered my request and fulfilled it for me...The apartment is so lovely, and the view is breathtaking at night. Full facilities, in addition to the pool and gym, are worth the money. Walking across the bridge only takes a few minutes to go to District 1.

The building complex was quite nice and clean. Lots of apartments so the lifts can take some time. The pool was nice and enjoyable. Rooms are average but acceptable. Location was also close to everything, lots of eatery options. They also have convenient stores, pharmacy and a café/restaurant attached to the bottom of the building which made it very convenient if you needed quick snack or drink. Would stay here again!

A wonderful place to relax after our flight. Definitely recommended for families with young children, as there’s a 7/11 right next to the entrance and a super cute kids' cafe, which is a must-visit.

The only downside is that the curtains in the apartment aren’t blackout, so it can be a bit bright in the morning. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay!

Good place to stay in Saigon. We had 2 apartments for family group. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Facilities were great.

Swimming in the pool was a bit of a hassle. Had to register. Property is also not a hotel as such, so had to arrange to meet the host outside before getting in.

It was an excellent place to stay. The host was beneficial and attentive. Everything was exactly as described. Having a washing machine and detergent was a nice bonus. The market nearby was super convenient.
