Cheap. Bed and room is moderately clean. My room was plagued with ants for some reason but it's okay if you just wash everything before you use it. Yes there are some negatives I have but overall experience was good. Supermarkets nearby. Street food stall around the corner. If you book, demand to be on a high floor and all noise will be less I guess.

Very load noise of scooters ramming the ramp whole day long to get inside the building parking space on ground floor. First they send me to the wrong location but gave me a discount for it so that's good. Also lots of people probably getting wrong instructions as lots of people were ticking on the window all day long. Very annoying. And at 11.30 of day of checkout knocking on my door that I have to checkout while on booking.com it said checkout at 12.00.

The apartment itself was quite clean and comfortable - looks like the hosts have taken onboard feedback from previous reviews which was good to see. The host was very responsive via WhatsApp. Self check-in instructions were easy to follow and the building was easy to find with Google Maps. The inclusion of an elevator was helpful for carrying luggage. The location was fairly convenient although you will likely need to take a Grab to locations such as the War Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral Saigon, Independance Palace etc. because it's slightly too far to walk.

The elevator would ring loudly, like a door bell, each time it was used and could be heard from inside the room which was very distruptive, especially at night time. Wish they could mute it or make it quieter. Room had no windows so not much natural light. Lobby appeared quite old and unmaintained and unstaffed.

Stayed for 1 month, had specifically picked for the kitchenette but didn't really end up using it given all the nice food choices around the city. Location was good for what I needed, and in the city very easy to get taxi anywhere anyway! Comfortable bed and good powerful shower. Had washing machine up on roof which was useful for me. Quick responses on online chat r.e. any queries

Very thin walls/windows etc so quite noisy mainly from other rooms/the lift rather than the street which was relatively quiet. In future would probably have gone for more traditional hotel for what I needed but not regretful of my stay!

Good location, spacious. Good shower.

Smelly, dirty, dirty shower, windows, under the bed. Smells mouldy/humid. Very hard to contact people in charge. Makes arrival stressful.
