Beautiful location in small alley surrounded by small cafes and nice local food stands nearby. Hot water, bathtub, kettle, cups etc all facilities added great value for both short and long stay.

It is your luck whether your "fellow tourists" stay quiet or behave bad since the building itself is not soundproof. When I was staying, there were a quite a few young foreign women swimming at 1am and jumping into swimming pool and making noize in front of the rooms. It is also hotel's responsibility to educate these kind of tourists for the comfort of all the other tourists and I would like to suggest that they make the limited use of swimming pool upto 8 or 9pm.

City House City Oasis is a little gem tucked away in District 1 – a fantastic location that puts you close to everything. Whether you’re keen to walk or just a quick Grab ride away, there are great restaurants, bars, and plenty to explore nearby. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are a really generous size. I stayed in a studio with a lovely view of the pool. While there was a bit of street noise, it was nothing that disturbed my sleep—and I’m a light sleeper! The bed was super comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after long days out exploring the city. A quick note on the “hot tub” mentioned in the description—it’s more like a deep bathtub with hot water rather than what some might picture as a traditional jacuzzi-style tub. Bit of a translation hiccup (and a giggle), but still a relaxing treat at the end of the day. If you’re looking for a cute, boutique-style hotel with character and comfort in a great location, City House City Oasis is a great pick. I’d happily stay again!

Nothing, everything was as described

The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was refreshing and utilized clean chlorinated water. The balcony was good for clothes drying, no seating area and the hotel is located in a building complex so the only view from the balcony is the swimming pool. The room comes with a fridge and basic cooking equipment.

The shower head is fixed through a hole in the ceiling, the hole did not align with the bath meaning the floor is flooded every time the shower is used. Floor becomes slippery so be careful not to slip over and injure yourself, water resistant slip on footwear recommended

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and pretty! We also enjoyed the pool which was kept very clean.

The location was a little bit further than I would have liked from the best rated restaurants and bars, but Grabs (Vietnam’s Uber) are cheap as chips so it was not so bad really. Not much seating around the pool unfortunately so it can be a little difficult for multiple groups to enjoy the pool at once.

Hotel was very comfortable and in a great location. It’s a bit down an alley way but felt quite safe as a couple and there’s 24 hour security outside. 2 great cafes opposite which are perfect for breakfast/brunch/lunch. Good sized living room area and bathroom and comfortable bed.

The bath could do with a screen/curtain around it. The design is very nice but water splashed out quite a bit when showering, this was easily soaked up by the bath mat though. Other than that, nothing!

Location was perfect. Right at the center of the city. Nearby to all attractions. Many different eateries, 7/11 etc were at a walking distance. But the hotel's premises was less functional and more made for aesthetic pictures. The pool was near the hotel gate and it was not comfortable for swimming. Rooms were really nice. Had a nice kitchen setup with everything you need. The room had all the ameneties you need for a perfect stay. I received a cute gift on ocassion of women's day which was a nice touch. All in all quite good for the price.

Hotel was lovely, room was clean and spacious and staff were prompt and friendly. Building is stunning with greenery and cool architecture, and there are some cute cafes right opposite the hotel. Location was in District 1 but a bit away from everything, with not much in the immediate surrounds. It was a 10 min walk from Bui Walking Street and some main areas, but location was easy to Grab from.

Location is in close proximity to a primary school - every weekday morning they would play extremely loud music at 7am which would wake us up. The rooms were relatively sound proofed, however this was an extreme level of volume. Not the hotels fault, but would make me hesitant to stay again.

The bed was very comfortable (especially the pillows), air conditioning worked well and shower was always hot and powerful. Pool was very clean and good size considering how central this hotel is. Perfect stay in a reasonably central area of the city. We also really liked that the plugs were universal (UK/ EU/ USA / AUS)

As mentioned in other reviews it is quite difficult to contain the water from the shower within the bath, usually ending with a very sodden bath mat - doesn’t leak into the bed room and usually drys out quickly. Noise- as mentioned it can be very noisy and the hotel does not have very good sound proofing. It is to note that this hotel is in a very built up and central part of a large city so noise is to be expected. Due to reviews we took ear plugs which helped to an extent - it is not the hotels fault but something to be aware of.

I highly recommend this place. It’s located in a stunning alley off a main street, providing a peaceful retreat in a busy city. After a day of exploring, we appreciated returning to the tranquility of the hotel. The well-maintained gardens and plants really enhance the atmosphere. The staff were polite, warm, and attentive; we especially connected with Vy, who taught us some Vietnamese and shared local tips. It was lovely to enjoy a refreshing swim after a hot day. The modern rooms were comfortable, and while we had an issue with the bath tub on the first night, the staff promptly addressed it. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer than 3 nights - a week or more would have been lovely. I can’t wait to return to Vietnam and the Oasis on my next journey. Thank you, City Oasis! Oh, and the coffee options on the hotels door step are ample and exceptional.

I liked the interiors of the place very nice, the robes were cosy! The shower was nice. People who are complaining in the reviews about water coming out are being dramatic but a bigger bath mat would solve the problem.

The only problem we had was VERY loud neighbours in the night and when we knocked on the door to tell them to be quiet they didn’t answer but there was no staff on reception to assist, the only guy was non English speaking. The noise is not the hotels fault but it was really hard to sleep the night before and early flight to the sound of stupid American YouTube channels.
