Very nice and clean room. Wood and stone detailing in the room done with a love for detail. Very comfy bed. Ceiling fan was a nice touch. Location is off the main roads but not super convenient.

Bathroom is very crammed. Due to having both a shower and bathtub there is almost no room to move. Housekeeping did drop of new towels and water, but they did not empty the waste bins which in case of the bathroom is a must given Vietnam's toilet paper basket. One of the bedside table lamps did not work.

I only spend one night (a few hours) there, so I cannot offer a good overview. The room was very spacious and had a nice feeling (with the wooden details it felt more glamorous). Everything was clean. Very comfy bed Never met the staff as I came in late and left very early, but they were very helpful and responsive to the messages. quite centrally located. Overall good value for money (my rating is on the basis that this was a low-cost option)

The room was at the back, and the window was facing a wall (so nothing like the picture). I did not mind as I only spent one night (a few hours). If I had to stay longer, then I think I would have asked for a different room. The street of the hotel was not very inviting at night.

We stayed at our room for 5 days and we enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet especially at night. It was clean as well. We liked how they gave us fresh towels, linens and drinking water everyday without disturbing us, they just put the stuff in a container at the front of the door. The receptionist was also responsive to our questions. Overall, it was a good stay and we would recommend the establishment for tourists like us

The toilet and bathroom are a little cramped but it was not a major issue.

Actually a nice big room. A little further from hussle and bustle of walking street so bit quieter here traffic night time wise. But one thing. Nothing much on that street but surprisingly there is a secret nightclub close by which had good live music, good long island tea, and dancing ladies, no tourists but wealthy business types. You get the picture.

First day there was building work in enterprise next door which started 9 in morning when I was still asleep.

Very modern room, huge and comfortable bed. Very clean . Easy check in and check out. You can cook or heat up food because the hotel room has oven and microwave and huge fridge. Also hotel supply free washer clothes and dryer and detergent so you can wash your clothes any time. Very quite so you can sleep in.

The room was super big, the staff was helpful and I loved that we could do our own laundry.

The location was O.K. You can get "snacks" and coffee/drinks next to the hotel. But sights are a bit FAR. (Also FYI don't pay much more than 200.000 Dong on a taxi from the airport.)

Great location, could explore all major attractions on foot. The room was exceptionally quiet given the noise on the street. A comfortable bed, great bathroom, luxurious feel, reasonably priced mini bar. Probably the best place we stayed in our three week trip from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi.

Our room didn't have a view but this meant it was nice and quiet. As with larger city accommodation the hotel didn't provide much information on getting around, restaurant recommendations or must see sights, but this can all be done on Google and Grab (taxi booking).

I love how spacious the room was and it had everything that you could possibly need. The air conditioner worked very well which is a must have in Vietnam. Everyone working at this hotel is so nice and helpful. There is also laundry downstairs which is convenient!

The cheaper room has a window that faces a building wall so other people might not like it. However, I knew about this and it's actually a plus because the sun doesn't shine in the room and keeps it cooler. I've stayed in rooms without windows which is way worse!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property - it’s about a 20-25 minute walk to the center of the city and closer to the walking street, but in a quieter neighborhood. The hosts were very kind and accommodated late arrival, as well as arranging a taxi from the airport for us. Room was clean, with lots of available storage and a great AC unit which cooled the room down quickly. Bathroom was clean as well with full shower and bathtub. They provided fresh towels and waters each morning as well. Would book again.

best hotel i’ve stayed in. room looked exaclty like the pictures. decent sized bathroom with a good shower door so water wasn’t going everywhere. large fridge. tv with netflix and youtube. good air conditioning.

the only issue is that there is no restaurant in hotel, which is okay cos there is plenty of places nearby to eat.
