I had a very pleasant stay at Haven Hut Hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were well-kept, and everything was managed with care. What really stood out was the service at the front desk. The receptionist, Han Ny, was incredibly helpful throughout my stay — from the smooth check-in to patiently assisting me with all my questions. She was attentive, professional, and always had a warm smile, which made me feel truly taken care of. Great service like this makes a big difference, and thanks to Han Ny, my experience at Haven Hut Hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great location near main tourist attractions, it was mostly quiet (during the evening there was some karaoke noise from neighbors, but it would not go late into the night) and easy to sleep, nearby lots of great food stalls down the street and the russian market, otherwise no complaints it's clean, a quiet place to sleep that is in a good location

It's a little odd staying in a room without any windows so that surprised me, but the room was described as not having a window when I booked so the hotel was transparent about this.

The staff are really friendly, location is perfect as it’s near to everything. The hotel is brand new and some parts are currently under construction. A++ for upgrading our room for free!!! You guys are the best, and will definitely book here again if we go back to Ho Chi Minh

Only one lift which sometimes is taking long as it’s used as well during construction and by the staffs.

It was a very nice stay, although we could hear the noise from the street (I have fragile hearing so I could hear literally everything). The bathroom looked like it was fresh after renovation, the room itself looked plain. But I cannot complain. It's a 15 min walk from there to ben thanh market and around 5 min walk from bui vien street. They have smart TV in the room and AC working extremely well (I love having a cold in my room, but even with 22 degrees on AC it was very very cold, even for me)

Cute little hotel in district one close to some main attractions But what I have to praise the most is a wonderful receptionist Vi. The second day at the hotel our room card didn't work and the system went down and our door started beeping and wouldn't open. She was really caring and comforted us that she will find another room for us even if we can't get in In the end she was able to fix everything like a mechanic, which is not her job. A really nice person, Thank you

Everything about this property was fantastic but what made it was Vi the receptionist! She was a ray of sunshine to see when coming in and out of the hotel and we got to get to know her really well and now have made a friendship! We bonded over being massive Taylor Swift fans and exchanged bracelets as us Swifties do! Thank you so much again Vi and Haven Hut for having us it really is a delight of a hotel in a beautiful city!!!

Room provided plenty of space for a solo traveller and i think it would be big enough for two people. There is so much to do in Vietnam you want to be outside with a clean and quiet place to sleep and shower. Bathroom was small but really functional without being cramped.

A small amount of leakage under the shower door made the floor a bit wet but at lesst the shower was enclosed by glass.

Excellent price for district 1 area. The rooms are spacious and they give you fresh towels, water and cleaning service every day. They have a fully working smart TV that we watched Netflix on. We ended up extending for 3 more nights and they charged us cheaper price than through booking.com. Staff were always really friendly and welcoming. We only left because they became fully booked up!

Our room had no windows so the damp and moisture problem in there was pretty bad, although no black mould visible or particularly bad damp smell. It caused the paint to peel off the walls and constantly flake everywhere and the air and our clothes and bedsheets felt damp. There are no vents in the room to help aid this situation so my only recommendation would be to add better ventilation systems to the non-window rooms.

The customer service at Haven Hut was excellent. The staff members were super nice and accommodating throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. One standout feature was the security guard. He went above and beyond to assist me with my luggage, helping me carry my belongings and even booking a taxi for me. His assistance was greatly appreciated and made my stay even better.

The only issue I had during my stay was with the cleaning staff. On my check-out date, they entered my room to clean while all my belongings were still inside and I hadn't completed the check-out process yet. This was quite inconvenient and made me feel rushed. It would have been better if they had waited until I had officially checked out before entering my room.

I enjoyed my stay at the haven hut. We got upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, as our booked room needed maintanance. The hotel is fairly new, so all the appliances and room facilities accordingly as well. During the first two nights there was continuous pumping sounds that came from the roof, whenever water was used, which was unfortunate during the night, but after the third day it stopped. The room was spacious, however for two people, the closet space was a bit tight for our 5 day stay. The room was cleaned everyday unless marked otherwise. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very kind to provide us with an additional pillow and blanket when asked. the area around the hotel is busy with shops and markets during the day and rather quiet at night. However, I always felt safe walking around. There is a convenience store that is open 24/7 (walking distance 5mins.). it is about 20 mins. walking or 10 mins by car from various tourist attractions, but more remote from the newer part of the city. there are many great restaurants and cafes in the area worth checking out.
