Room side is good Money can be cheaper Very clean Peoples at Service desk is very friendly The lady was served at the noodles bar yesterday October 14 she awesome I would give her 10 plus points Very friendly and noodles is very good Over all everything good I’m coming back next year in may Hopefully I can get better prices And I also know in may should be cheaper than now PS Hope I can be there in may if price is right !

Some peoples talk to loud in hall way when they stay at hallway talk to each other It not for 5 minutes they stay for 30 minutes or more That is disturbed other peoples That can be change

Nice hotel, staff helpful, location is good, takes 5 min in the taxi for the small price of £3 . We thought the hotel price was affordable so all the little faults we ignored and generally enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great with big variety of Asian food.

Swimming pool. gym are a bit dated and need refreshing. Sink taps are covered in dense scale and running water sprayed everywhere. Shower room doesn't have any shelves to keep essentials . In our daughter’s room air conditioner did not cool the room but worked as a fan. Everything is not of big importance and we cooped.

The staff were so helpful, my friend was sick and they drove us to hospital and stayed with us the whole time and we were there for hours. Breakfast was awesome, so much to choose from. 7 eleven is right next door, there is a laundry service next door,on the lane way, sign on the wall above the brown gate. A bag of washing cost 60,000 dong James was amazing. Tell him Chrissie Sent you.

Location was fantastic for us , we didn't want to be in the thick of things , this hotel is beautiful, the room was more like an apartment Three beautiful restaurants, food was fantastic I will definitely stay there on my nexts trip I must also mention the staff they where so lovely and treated us with a warm hospitality loved speaking English with us and wanted to embrace our visit Thankyou very much See you nexts year

This hotel was up to 5 star rating if it was in the UK or usa I cannot find anything I didn't actually like I highly recommend this hotel

Due to a late cancellation from another property, we had to book last minute. It was also over New Year. Staff were very helpful in accommodating us with adjacent rooms. We enjoyed our meal in the hotel restaurant. Rooms are on the older side, but comfortable. Nice pool area, which was good after a long day of sightseeing.

Breakfast has a huge selection, although it seemed to us that this affected quality, especially during busy times. Not a walkable distance from any of the major attractions. Unreliable and slow Wi Fi.

it's very good hotel in general, the breakfast is very good, but the food I ordered in the rastaurant for lunch and dinner is terrible, only few choices and many of them are suck of flavor. the sprayer in the shower room is fixed one, not comnenient.

Big room, beautiful and eye for detail decorated hotel. Nice pool with ok fitness facilities. Breakfast was 8+ except drinks...watery juice, small glasses and old coffee in a small cup.

Staff looked friendly, but they are not very welcoming. Sentences like : gimme passport, pay now, this much. You can go now (where to??) As a Dutch man I like straightforward and direct but sometimes some friendliness would help alot. To top it off got called at 9:30 and 11 o'clock to ask if I wanted to stay longer! While checkout was at 12!! Very rude and unfriendly. Really felt like a nuisance instead of a guest.

The hotel breakfast and evening dinner options are very good. There are some local restaurants within walking distance near the hotel if you wanted to eat outside of the hotel.

My sink plug did not work properly, it would not open properly so water drained slowly. There was also some dodgy wiring, exposed wires wrapped in tape by the bedside cabinet. The air con doesn't have any fine settings, only low medium or high. The walls are also thin so you can hear your neighbours, TV, talking, coughing etc. The location of the toilet roll above and behind the shoulder was also awkward. Considering these minor defects the price is rather high but I could have been unlucky to have a room with defects, but it didn't impact my overall comfort.

The reception is a little rigid . served only two 500 ml water bottles . this seems to be the norm in Vietnam . didnt allow to check out a little later
