A beautiful facility with amazing staff, including the cleaning lady. The BF was delicious with lots of choices, including packed takeaway BF due to early flight. Top notch decor, including roof top jacuzzi, pool and gym. Free shuttle to the City was a plus.

Poor lighting in the washroom, the bell boy working the night shift on the ground floor, name possible Hun, refused to call a taxi when asked, rather insisted on me using an unmarked taxi in front of the hotel which was more expensive. I refused, walked out on street and flagged down a taxi for 75% less, to the airport to pick up .someone.

Beautiful Hotel. Spacious and modern rooms. Superb buffet breakfast. Excellent Massage Spa service. My wife and I stayed for seven nights and highly recommend this hotel.

Outside of the hotel, not many choices for quality eateries and the traffic is crazy and difficult to walk around and explore the surroundings..

This was our third stay at this hotel, and it continues to impress. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chinatown, surrounded by fantastic Vietnamese food options and vibrant local markets. There’s even a 7-Eleven conveniently located just across the street. The concierge team was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A big plus is the complimentary shuttle service, available in the mornings and late afternoons, which conveniently takes guests to several key attractions in District 1. This service made exploring the city so much easier and added great value to our stay. Highly recommended

While the breakfast buffet offers a decent selection, it would be even better with more daily variety. Seeing the same options each day can become a bit repetitive, and a few changes to the menu would make the experience more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was very smooth and hassle-free, which made for a great first impression. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful bed decoration that added a special touch to our stay. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights — it offered a large variety of options to suit all tastes, and everything we tried was delicious. We also made use of the in-room dining service, which was impressively fast and efficient. Our room was super clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near many sightseeing spots, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. I will definitely return the next time I visit Vietnam and would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family planning a trip!

The general service, quality of room and location were great. It was not in a tourist centre which is exactly what we wanted. They were kind enough to let us check out late without imposing a charge, very much appreciated. Our only gripe is that house keeping did not sweep our room on the first night and we had to ask for them to come and do that. On the second night, they did not replace the floor mat in the bathroom. Small details but this is 5 star so should be the minimum standard.

Almost everything

We made the booking with breakfast included but after reaching there we were told that breakfast is additional which was confusing. While booking we selected breakfast option but booking document didn't mention it.

The hotel location and the quality of maintenance except for the toilet were great.

Breakfast can certainly be improved.

The room was great, it was huge, we never ran out of hot water in the shower, I was able to take a really comfortable bath in the tub that's huge, and I was very comfortable. The roof top pool was beautiful, and a decent enough size to service this large hotel.

When I asked the hotel about an airport pick up, they wanted 200,000VND more than the airport taxi's and 400,000vnd more than what Grab charged us. Location is somewhat out of the way (there are some restaurants/cafes in the area), and although they do offer a shuttle to some of the cities main attractions, there's only 5 shuttles through out the day with limited space and you have to pre-book. While overall. We also were attracted by the idea of the roof top bar that is advertised, but it seems to be closed as it was never available during our stay.

I love the service the best. Every time I asked for something. The attendant would magically appear within 5 minutes. So amazing. I love that the buffet had a variety of food. Mostly Asian which was perfect because I was there to try Asian food. The Grab was amazing too. Always showing up within 4 minutes and so convenient. 1-2 two dollars for even a 45 minutes ride. There was an An Dong Market right next door to satisfy my shopping therapy. Not pushy, but definately local stuff. I love that the rooms were so quiet because the hotel had double windows while my current hotel in district 1, right next to the river was so noisy and 3xs as expensive. I love the price of this hotel and the front attendance's smile. I felt really pampered here. I love that the floors inside the room were hardwood. Carpet bothers me. There were air purifiers in the halls which were perfect too! They upgraded my family and I to the 20th floor and we had a wide view. Great Asian feel. Visiting people here were down to earth. Worth It!!

I was very satified here. One thing I am sensitive about is the slight mold on the bottom of the shower. That can easily be remedied, yet somehow was overlooked. Yes. I am very picky. Otherwise, great hotel.

The breakfast was very varied. There was a lot of Chinese dishes, more than western dishes. But you could always find something & the standard was high. The Concierge team on the ground floor were very professional & extremely busy.

The pool on the 24th floor was tiny for the size of the hotel. It also needs some serious maintenance & modernization to be carried out. The 25th floor bar & restaurant were closed apparently for maintenance reasons.
