Great boutique hotel, super clean with excellent customer service. Have booked this hotel 4 times as it’s in a location we needed - not sure why there are a couple of reviewers complaining about the location! Don’t book if it’s not where you want to be?!! Not point complaining about the location as this is nothing the hotel can do about it and it’s an unfair criticism! . Breakfast is good - bespoke dishes made to order as well as the buffet. It’s a small hotel so don’t expect piles of buffet food that will only go to waste - for those reviewers who complain they want obscene amounts of food piled up for them each morning or loads of variety - look out of the window and see the poverty and be humble! The hotel is well priced and is not there to cater for every single whim, complete with bells and whistles! Stop being unrealistic! It’s a great hotel for a good price. If you want more, then pay more.

Nothing, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed.

Katy, the manager, and her employees are incredibly accommodating and supportive. They made our visit one we will never forget by giving us and every other guest excellent, cheerful service. The rooms were immaculate. In addition to sweets, they gave us bottled water. They didn't take any wrong turns. They served a fantastic selection of hot and cold food for breakfast, which was excellent.

Location was fantastic for food. Hotel looked relatively new, so all the rooms (we had a few between family) were clean and well presented. Staff were attentive. Definitely a place worth staying at. You can go to HCM and stay in the normal places but this is something a little different and worth staying at for its location.

Not much I didn't like. The rooms aren't huge. But that's nothing worth marking it down for.

We loved the comfort of our rooms, the pool area was nice and quiet and it was easy to head to other districts from this hotel.

During our stay the roof top bar and 2nd floor restaurant weren’t open in 6 days. We wanted to drink and eat there but had to outsource other options. Breakfast was fabulous though!

variety of breakfast items to start the day. Perfect location for my professional meetings. Staff were most helpful with anything that came up. Alll staff members were respectful and made an effort to make sure my needs were being met.

The location isn’t that great but taxis are cheap with the Grab app, view from pool not that good

Everything was really good and for the price it’s great! Just at the next door is a 7/11 a couple of mint is a big market with food,clothes and shoes! And around you can find different restaurants.

Room is comfortable.

1 million VND (40USD/37EUR) as a deposit per room is not nice in a supposed 4 star hotel. Poor breakfast for European and Asian standards. Definitely not a four star hotel.

Cleanliness of the property and the staff were very helpful. It is quite at night because it is located in district 5, 10-15min ride going to the center (district 1) which would only cost you 2-3usd grab ride.
