Great services including room cleaning and taxi booking. The room is fully furnished and really quiet to relax. It's great to get check in guide from receptionists, so that I could easily find and enter the building.

The value for money is very good and the place is conveniently located next to the bus stop to go to Phnom Penh. The area is also nice with an interesting church in the immediate neighbourhood. While very good for a one night stay on a budget, I would not recommend it for longer periods.

Bot at all a problem, just something to be aware: the check in procedure is without meeting anyone, just using codes. The procedure is anyway very effective and the staff is there for you on WhatsApp or Booking messages in case of problems. Also consider that there is no elevator.

The rooms were well equipped with all modern facilities. The best part was the availability of iron, kitchenette and refrigerator besides the basic amenities.

The fact that our rooms were on third and fourth floor and there was no lift or help available to take our luggage was exactly what made the experience sour. The self check in method and the code based lock-unlock system added an extra hurdle in going back to the room. Our rooms were also provided only at 2 PM and that too we literally stood outside our room to get it cleaned faster. The other room was still dirty and messy even though the check in time had come. No early check in was made feasible. The location was okay, a little far from all the attractions.

Good pace with convenient location and the room is clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful while I always forget the card in my room and locked outside lol. you call or text them, they help you right away in very nice and kind way.

there’s no chairs in smaller room with balcony and no elevator, but it’s just a minor one. in general the space is super good price and nice. worth the money

Great property and location was fantastic on the pretty, spacious and decorative side of town away from the huddle of the centre but close enough for pickup on most tours. Like everyone else has said, check in is a bit of a Mellon ache but once you’re in its perfect

It was a short stay, so I do have not much to say. The unit is brand new so it was nice enough for one night.

I messaged the host whilst I had wifi that I am arriving in 30 minutes, she didn't provide self-checking info, so I had to wait for someone to come at 10:30 pm at night to give me instructions, there were rats on the street, I was really tired, I told her I didn't have wifi, so why not set up payment online and send instructions straight away to save each other hassle. I had to wait for 15 minutes for a girl to come and check me in which feels like forever when you are tired and just want to sleep. Also, there is construction noise in the building from 9 am onwards.
