The hotel team is very friendly . Rooms were clean, and the clining service was regular. I would especially like to thank guest manager Tram she was very helpful and supportive during our stay to make our time in Nha Trang more fun.

Internet at the hotel is a problem it on and of every 5 min Even when asked IT person to check, he tried to convince me that it is alright, while it not.

Room was ok, with partial view of the sea, comfortable bed and the fruit basket was a nice touch. The pool was nice and had a nice view. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of good options.

No upgrade received, not even mentioned when we arrived at the reception. The location is a bit far from the center and from restaurants (it depends what you want). The beach is not next to the hotel and they provide free transportation but this is not very clear on how it works (especially when you want to return). The jacuzzi was the most disappointing part - it is not actually a jacuzzi, just a very hot bath, no bubbles.

We stayed at Boton Blue as a last minute change to our travel plans. We picked the hotel based on its location north of the city centre (away from the city hustle) and the infinity pool looked awesome plus other reviews were good! We were not disappointed... the pool is spectacular overlooking the bay. The buffet breakfast is up there with the best of them. The thing to note is the customer service - it is outstanding. We have not experienced great customer service at other venues throughout Vietnam so this was so refreshing and welcoming. Our room was fab - clean, spacious, big comfy bed, big waterfall showerhead and a balcony with partial sea view. We booked 1 night and stayed 2 nights. The ocean outfront is kind of ok for swimming, keeping in mind, the Vietnam coast is dominated by fishermen. We had room service one night which was delicious. There are awesome places to eat outside too. Thanks to the management and staff for a great stay (in a rather hectic place) ❤️

This is a nice hotel, quite modern, and the staff is very nice and friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, it was big and with big wall windows overlooking the sea which was very nice. The breakfast is really good with planty of choises for everyone. It even has fresh fruits. The pool is very nice, but it is not a huge one. The rooftop bar is a nice place to have a drink. Overall it is a good value for money and a nice place to stay.

The windows/doors of the room are not very good in isolation and you can hear the outside noise. That can be nice at the beginning, to hear the waves, but at some point if you need it to be quite you can't stop the noise. Sometimes you can hear the muzic from the rooftop bar, even if we were at the 19th floor and the bar is at 26.

We had a good time at the hotel! Especially because of the warm welcome of the kind receptionist Sarah (Loan), thanks to her and the great service she provided to us! And also the daily dinner in the Guangdong Restaurant was very good. Linh and An were very attentive and took great care of us. Thank you! We liked the free beach buggy service and the a big plus point is the room upgrade we received! We were very happy about that. The view is AMAZING!

The breakfast and dinner room were often hot and the air was stuffy. Also the same with the hallways to the rooms. At these times it didn't feel like 5 stars.

The staff were excellent, affectionately called The Spice Girls , front desk staff were above and beyond! Breakfast also excellent, again friendly and efficient staff . Our room had an amazing sea view with everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. A special mention for Joey , customer relations, helped with all our needs and requirements, very high work ethics again above and beyond. We will definitely stay again in the future!

The pool was disappointing, a bit cold not getting much sun . We used the private beach instead which was very nice .

I had a wonderful stay at Boton Blue Hotel in Nha Trang. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile (especially Jessy and Ngoc Nhu). The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the beach and major attractions while still providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with beautiful views of the sea. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

Room slightly small, balcony narrow (not comfortable enough to spend time there), buggy system to go to beach not smooth

We recently stayed in Boton Blue Hotel during my stay in Nha Trang. We could not recommend this hotel more. The facilities are great with the highlight being the infinity pool and beautiful view. But what made our stay extra special were the staff. Unfortunately on our second day one member of our group had a medical emergency and we had to cancel the rest of our trip and arrange immediate flights home. All the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, both in managing the injury and helping with contacting airlines and arranging flights home. They went above and beyond expectation. Sarah at the front desk was a superstar - staying back late after her shift ended to sort this out for us. Joey was also wonderful and very helpful. We intend to come back very soon.

We had a delightful stay here, with a complimentary room upgrade we enjoyed beautiful ocean views from the balcony and really appreciated the gorgeous room decoration and cake for our anniversary celebration. We loved the sauna and the breakfast buffet; the gym, although small, was suitable for a workout. A big special shout out to Sarah on reception who was very kind and helpful with plenty of recommendations for our onward travel. To note, the infinity pool is shaded in the afternoon and the sandy beach isn’t immediately opposite the hotel, but beach shuttle service is offered and we went to a lovely sandy beach only 10 minute walk away.

I moved to this hotel after getting really disappointed at the Panorama Luxury apartment. The staff here superseded my expectations. From facilitating my late check-in to organising private transport to Ho Chi Minh due to cancelled flights, everything was run efficiently with prompt updates of what was happening at every stage. They have excellent customer service, all the staff were really good and helpful. Their breakfast and restaurants had different types of delicious food varieties. The rooftop bar and the spa were fun with awesome music and fabulous DJs! A nice spot to enjoy your holiday, highly recommended!
