Location: • Literally just across the road from the beach, 3 min walk, super convenient! The hotel is located away from the 'city centre' where the shopping mall is, but definitely walkable within 30min. • Area felt quite local, local hotels, mini markets and a strong Russian presence. • Entrance is in an alley, but on the rooftop pool you can clearly hear the traffic and partying going on. • They've got a toilet at reception, very convenient. • Sun beds available on the public beach for rent at 50k vnd/bed for 2h, provided by a nearby hotel and are free only for their guests. Room: • Room size is pretty good for 2 pax, came fully equiped with towels, bathrobes and extra duvet. • A safe, hairdryer and room slippers provided. • Mini bar fridge (chargeable) wasn't working so I wasn't able to store cool drinks. • TV wasn't super clear and sharp, signal seemed fuzzy. • They only provided 2x 350ml water bottles per day though, grossly insifficient. Water and toilet roll topped up daily by housekeeping. • Appreciate the informative book on hotel rules, TV guide, room service menu, facilities available etc. • Not sure if room service is even available because I dropped by the restaurants after their opening hours and it was pitch black. Food didn't look appetising. • Dressing table with a table lamp and kettle, and the usual complimentary coffee and tea with cups. • 2 windows with beach and city/mountain views, Sunrise and sunset can be seen from the room, which is the best feature of the room! Very good natural light from the 2 huge windows. Interior lighting was insufficient at night. There was a very small balcony where you can feel the sea breeze and enjoy the view. Toilet • There was a bathtub in the toilet with a privacy screen and a shower curtain, water pressure and temperature were good. • Toiletries provided were 1x 30ml shampoo and 1x 30ml shower gel, 2 toothbrush sets, 1 comb. No extra toilet rolls in the room.

Food didn't look appetising. • Pool is partially sheltered so by 11am the sun wouldn't shine on the sun beds. Also pool water is a little bit cold. • They didn't know about alternative transport methods to the airport that is not their taxi service, such as the Dat Moi bus company. I was lucky that another guest had taken it so I could seek advice from him. • Definitely not 5 stars by western standard. Probably a 2.5-3 star standard, but for the price you are getting a great deal.

-Stunning view of the beach and the surrounding area from our room on the 25th floor. -Modern hotel room with fairly new and smart furnishing, newish bathroom. Good air-conditioning and all the usual amenities provided. -Wonderful breakfast room with nice interior and contemporary style furniture. Breakfast buffet food is plentiful but were a bit bland but overall still a nice experience. -Stunning view of Nha Trang beach from the very nice roof top swimming pool area. -Nice entrance foyer. Short walk to beach. -Very reasonable price for a 4-star hotel.

-The fridge in our room was not working. -We could not get any channels on the TV so we couldn't watch TV. -No enclosed wardrobe, only open hanging.

A very clean and well run hotel,rooms cleaned every day fresh laundry and towels.Very friendly staff always wanting to help and please all guests. Situated in the centre of Nha Trang a minute walk to beach local shops and various restaurants. This hotel is supported by a professional manager and very friendly accommodating staff throughout hotel wanting your stay to be a happy and memorable one.

Breakfast could have been varied .

The view and location are nice. What was really amazing is that when I decided to check out 4 days earlier, they returned me money, it was unexpected but so good!

It was not clean enough- the floor, the trash bin was awful, the breakfast could be better. I wish stuff speak English better.

Room was really nice with sea view. Beach was super close and the staff were lovely. The rooftop pool area was nice to relax, and the staff let us hang about there for multiple hours after checkout whilst we waited for our departure from Nha trang.

Breakfast options were very limited, there was soup, bread, fruit, and some cakes. We went in off season with few guests so it is understandable there was not a full buffet, however this was not clear to us when booking the breakfast included option. Soap was not provided in the bathroom.

Fantastic location just over the road from the beach. There were lots of restaurants to choose from. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were really fri3ndky and helpful

The only thing we didn't like was the ac kept switching off during the night as it was on an economic mode but apart from that the room was perfect

Outstanding hotel. The bathroom has a bath and you're provided with bathrobes, the breakfast is extremely varied and delicious, internet is very fast and the location is great. Tip: for smoothies, check the stall on the corner after exiting left from the hotel.

The wi-fi, despite being fast, cut out occasionally. Also the gym was closed for renovation halfway through my stay and the roof pool was a few degrees too cold for comfort.

Close to the beach. Decent room and breakfast. Rooftop pool with an impressive view. Lots of light in the room. They booked our departure bus for us. It was supposed to come pick us up at the hotel, but it didn't. They acted fast and paid for a taxi to take us to the bus station. Thank you!

Since we arrived early and exhausted, we had to pay extra to get a room before the usual check-in hours. Our "Ocean view" was facing another hotel's fitness room.

The view of course and the wind up here is strong enough that you wouldn't even need to turn on the AC. Breakfast buffet is a 7.5/10, not too special but still quite pleasant.

The gym equipment is somewhat old some weren't powered.
